Daughter to Drake Sullivan, Lilly is a vindictive, hateful outlaw. After her mother was killed by her father Lilly vowed to get even. After reaching the age of 18 Lilly joined Arachnos and underwent years of training and enhancement. After tipping off Longbow of her Father's exploits with The Malta Group and ruining his career she pursued her father to Millennium City for a chance to further destroy Drake.

Despite her best efforts, Lilly's plots were always foiled. Ultimately she was tracked down by her father and killed at gunpoint on Monster Island.
