Background

Major Kyle C. Eckhardt's story begins in Millennium City, MI far below the cities UNTIL HQ there Secretary-Marshall Wilhelm Carl Eckhardt and his wife were giving birth to their first and only child. During his birth complications incurred with his mother resulting in her death soon after birth. Due to this Kyle was raised in the secret UNTIL facility as UNTILs 11th trial in the Experimental SUPER SOLDIER program since his mothers could not take care of him on account of her death nor his father who was constantly out on missions and important business dealing with the worlds safety. The experiments and training resulted in him greatly improving his human senses and reflexes, him being the 11th experiment of this type he was given the code name Agent XI.
He graduated the program at age 13, upon graduation he was assigned to a specialized Reserve Officer Training Corps where his Drill Sergeant was none other than his own uncle Eric M. Eckhardt the second most highly skilled soldier in all of UNTIL behind his brother the Secretary-Marshall. Kyle spent 5 years under the mentorship of his uncle improving his psychical fitness to measures beyond human standards as well as learning multiple forms of hand to hand combat such as Judo, Akido, Taijutsu, Karate and a multitude of others all of which he is highly proficient and masterful in. As well as being masterfully taught to handle guns and advanced marksmenship from none other than the legendary Eric Eckhardt.
FILE: ADULTHOOD
On his 18th birthday he graduated from the Specialized ROTC receiving the rank of Second Lieutenant. After his graduation he received the disturbing news that his uncle went renegade and with him half of the SUPER SOLDIER program applicants, for reasons unknown to him but he ventured on. At age 19 he was promoted to 1st Lieutenant, age 20 Captain, and age 21 Major which he is currently now so he can remain out on the field.
Major Eckhardt has completed multiple tours in Iraq & the Desert in missions including:
Completing hundreds of missions with over 1000 confirmed kills. Major Eckhardt is now the Commander of UNTIL Spec Ops the most highly trained soldiers in all of UNTIL.
Personality

Major Eckhardt is actually one of the calmer of the Spec Ops Unit and rarely bickers with them, but when he is angered he unleashes a round or two to clear his head. He has a slightly strange sense of humor and has a habit of doing rather odd things for someone of his status, such as joking with his subordinates, dressing up as a tourist while visiting foreign areas, staring at his female subordinate's "ASSets", ditching work to meet the brothers in the hospital, and jumping out of a window to get away from his attendants. He is also more lenient towards his subordinates than someone of his rank usually is.
Skills and Abilities
A formidable opponent in battle, Kyle strongly favors using dual pistols, which he wields with deadly proficiency thanks to his unique gifts and lifetime of training, to the point where he can wipe out a room simultaneously. Already a supreme marksman and martial artist, he is made even more dangerous by his Bio enhancements. Though the details of his abilities have not been elaborated on, it apparently grants him tremendously accurate vision and the ability to read and predict practically any move his opponent could make as well as the minute details and movements of his general surroundings. His only weakness is that when there is a physical obstacle blocking his, he is unable to provide the predictions he normally would. Additionally, he has pointed out on multiple occasions that, while he is capable of reading any situation, his other senses are heightened as well so when his vision is blocked if he takes a minute to focus it no longer becomes a weakness.

SIG Sauer 1911 Stainless Pistol
The legendary 1911 design has been brought into the 21st century with the refinement today’s shooters demand by including four 1911-platform pistols chambered in the company’s .357SIG cartridge. The SIG SAUER® 1911 proves that close tolerances equal complete reliability and need not be incompatible in an off-the-shelf pistol.
SIG SAUER has introduced clean, distinct lines that American shooters have embraced, while retaining the crisp trigger pull, classic ergonomics, and exceptional accuracy they expect. This model features an all stainless steel frame and slide machined to exacting tolerances and hand-fitted to insure reliability and performance. Like all SIG SAUER products the 1911 contains only premium internal parts including a match grade barrel, hammer/sear set and trigger. The slide sports Novak® night sights. The frame features 25-line per inch checkering on the front strap and 20-line per inch on the mainspring housing and is complimented by a set of checkered custom wood grips. Both the frame and slide on the new 1911 are de-horned making it ideal for full-size concealed carry. As well as delivering .357 Magnum energy, the .357SIG provides a ballistically superior option to other defensive semi-auto pistol calibers. With muzzle velocities in the 1,500 fps range, the .357SIG is capable of producing hydrostatic shock damage.
For safety the SIG SAUER 1911 features a beavertail grip safety with speed bump, extended thumb safety, firing pin safety and hammer intercept notch. Models are also available with an optional integrated accessory rail. SIG’s made some minor mods: a skeletonized hammer, beavertail grip safety, external extractor and an adjustable trigger. All of which you’d expect to find on a gun that retails for around a grand. Missing from the “Greatest Hits” of high priced 1911s: a bull barrel. SIG opted instead for a precision machined barrel bushing.

Remington M24 SWS
The M24 Sniper Weapon System (SWS) is the military and police version of the Remington 700 rifle, M24 being the model name assigned by the United States Army after adoption as their standard sniper rifle in 1988. The M24 is referred to as a "weapons system" because it consists of not only a rifle, but also a detachable telescopic sight and other accessories. The M24 SWS had the "long-action" bolt version of the Remington 700 receiver because it originally was to use the .30-06 Springfield M72 Match cartridge. It turned out there was an insufficient quantity of M72 Match rounds in a single lot of manufacture, so the operational requirement changed to use the dimensionally smaller 7.62×51mm NATO M118 Match Grade cartridge.[citation needed] The M24 originally came tapped for the Leupold Ultra M3A 10×42mm fixed-power scope, which came with a circle-shaped mil-dot glass-etched reticle. This was later replaced in 1998 by the cheaper Leupold Mk 4 LR/T M3 10×40mm fixed-power scope with an elongated-shaped mil-dot wire reticle.
Sights: Leupold Ultra M3A 10×42mm fixed power, or Leupold Mk 4 LR/T M3 3.5-10×40mm variable power scope. Detachable emergency Redfield-Palma International back-up iron sights, they are attached to iron sight bases that are screwed into drilled and tapped holes machined into the front of the barrel and back on the left side of the receiver. In 2001 when Remington had the second contract to the U.S. military, minor changes was done to the M24. These changes included two piece Leupold Mark 4 scope ring bases instead of the one piece on the first series rifles, and a switch from Redfield-Palma International iron sights to another manufacturer OK Weber. Redfield was out of business by then, necessitating a change.
Barrel: Made of 416R Stainless Steel. The bore twist is 1-turn-in-11.25 inches [1:285.75 mm] and the rifling is five radial lands and grooves (5-R) with a right-hand (RH) twist. Because of the odd number of lands, none of the lands are 180° apart, i.e. in direct opposition. This results in less bullet deformation, which (at least in theory) produces more consistent point of impact. In 5-R rifling, the "side" of the land is cut at a 65° angle, rather than 90° in conventional rifling. This results in less barrel fouling, and more consistent point of impact, compared to conventional rifling when relatively high numbers of rounds are fired between cleaning, as might be expected in military applications.
Stock: H-S Precision PST-011, the model with the fixed cheek piece, adjustable LOP and hinged floorplate. The stock secures the action via an aluminum bedding block to keep it rigid. The barrel is free floating. A twin-strut extension that pulls out of the butt allows a 2-inch [50.8mm] adjustment to length-of-pull, as well as allowing for the weapon to fit inside the M-1950 Weapon Container for Airborne Operations. This is effected by a thick wheel on a central grooved pillar for adjusting the length and a thin locking ring behind it locks the thick wheel in place. The stock is primarily made from a polymer foam reinforced with fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar to reduce weight and then painted with a heavy duty polane paint. They were rigorously tested before being approved by Remington and the military.
Accuracy: According to MIL-R-71126(AR), the M24 shall achieve the accuracy results stated below when using M118 Special Ball and fired from a Government approved machine rest. The average mean radius, calculated using 5 targets of 10 shots each, shall be less than or equal to the following values:[1]
200 yards (182.9 m): 2.6 inches (1.242 MOA)
200 metres (218.7 yd): 2.8 inches (1.223 MOA)
300 yards (274.3 m): 3.8 inches (1.146 MOA)
If these accuracy standards are not met the barrel is considered worn out. The actual rifle requirements for accuracy were .35 MOA from a machine rest and according to Major John Mende (ret.) this accuracy had to be maintained to 10,000 rounds. He stated, "Interesting side note was there was a 10,000 round requirement for the barrel to maintain the original accuracy. In fact after some 10,000 round tests we discovered the accuracy improved. A few barrels were tested past 20,000 and accuracy never went below the original accuracy requirement."[citation needed]
Maximum effective range is given as 800 meters (875 yd), but record shots have been made with the M24 at over 1,000 meters (1,094 yd). Meanwhile, the standard optical sight has a maximum elevation adjustment of 1,000 meters (1,094 yd).

UNTIL Personal Computing System
Major Eckhardt has a Multipurpose Bracer (UNTIL Personal Computing System) on his left arm which has both an offensive and defensive function, its basic function being the defensive function which creates a field of energy without mass that acts as a wall, so that objects affected by the particular force relating to the field are unable to pass through the field and reach the other side this technology was created by UNTIL as a reaction to Dr.Destroyers attack on Detroit which has been simply named an Energy Shield.
The offensive function of the bracer comes in the form of a keypad for the input of the codes to UNTILs orbital cannon (ANVIL DAWN) using Ion cannon technology. The cannon shoots a particle beam, which is a stream of highly accelerated atoms or charged subatomic particles; this is different from more familiar lasers, which are beams of highly-amplified light. One advantage of particle beam (and other energy based weapon) to solid based weapon is no requirement for ammunition, easing supply strain. Particle beams however remain "expensive", even to the latest incarnation of its type. Ion Cannon technology used by UNTIL is the earliest practical military application of particle beam technology, as well as one of the most prominent examples. These space-based weapons of mass destruction have been the ultimate ace-in-the-hole for UNTIL ever since the Dr. Destroyers attack on Detroit. These type of weapons, in UNTIL, have been "down to earth" as the infantry wielded version was being developed during the Silver age. The final incarnation of the weapon comes in multiple versions shared between UNTIL advance personnel and Spec Ops Commanders. The space based weapon still serves its purpose up to the latest incarnation the ANVIL DAWN.
