His brother Gordon is one of the best lawyers in the north, and together, they made sure no one could prove Hart ever stole a single blueprint. His wife Jaclyn Maye is a supermodel and celebrity TV host, and a genius in her own right, responsible for the engineering of half of Hart's entire career as a philanthropist, publisher, and lobbyist.
After achieving worldwide success as an engineer, Hart was approached by a demonic entity who offered him further power through the mastery of magic. Overnight, Hart gained access to incredible black magic, but it took him years to master it. He made contacts in DEMON and trained in secret, and though his mage persona has yet to be revealed to the public, Morwena and her allies have been hunting him, hoping to uncover proof.

Hart Hannox had no superpowers, only his business sense and engineering talent, before he was contacted by Abarrane the demon. With Abarrane's gift and the training of DEMON high-ranking members, he now has mastery over black magic.
