PERSONALITY

Harrier is a dedicated hero, a never surrender. The vigilante is ruthless and merciless when it comes fighting criminals, especially the most scrupulous. He is very concerned about his comrades and is truly loyal towards the flock. But on the other hand Caesar is outgoing, flamboyant, and womanizer, He might be the best person to hang out on a party or so.

The Flock training

Dark Owl was his teacher, the direct sidekick of Nighthawk. Owl teached him through intense trainings, physical and mental, how to save those he most cared, the city, friends. After 12 years of physical training Harrier achieved an olympic level physical conditioning, professionalism with firearms, escaping tactical maneuvers, and stealth, abilities that Caeser would use to be the most hated, and most wished Spy on the US.

Equipment

• Weapons: He has a vast arsenal, however he is commonly seen carrying pistols.

  - Phalanx M20: Dual light-weight semi automatic pistols made of questionite and kendrium. They have a long fire range and a complex mechanism of mods attaching, going to air supressor, sonic bullets, pression bullets etc.
  - Inquisitor K18: Long range assault rifle, made of questionite. 40/480 default ammo, with the same mods system.
  - Eye Widow: One of the best snipers on the market. High fire range, penetration, 3 shots round.
