ORIGIN
Helga Velinstrim was born in 1989 but was raised to a unwed father and she never knew her mother, Helga's father Bowie, was once a guitarist of a unknown band that he played with along with a female vocalist, Bowie and the vocalist were both attracted to one another and they made love with each other, One day the vocalist of the band was pregnant with Helga and they gave birth to her, after she gave birth to Helga the vocalist then left without Helga knowing her.
Helga's school days were rather hard as she was bullied because of the tomboyish nature and her weight, she went to the library where she read the boxing manual in which she learned to used the basic techniques like the defensive combos and reached to the advanced techniques like the dimpsy roll.
Helga then confronted the bully and challenge her to a match to which the bully accepted it, Helga trained to better perfect the boxing prowess for the match, the bully trained herself but she was using dirty tricks combine with her novice boxing skills. When the boxing match came, the school boxing ring's audience seats was packed with various students along with many of Helga's classmates cheering for her to win and Helga's bullies rooting for the leader, the match has started with Helga going on the offensive but the bully use some of her dirty tricks to gain the upper hand on her opponent, Helga manege to block some of the bully's tricks and won against her.
THE PROTEIN ENHANCER CAPSULE
The bully, angry that she has been beaten and humiliated by Helga, has vow to take her revenge on her victim and she knows how and when to get it, one day at the science fair, Helga was looking at the experiments that is worth while when three of the bullies wanted her to know that they become better persons after the match and wanted to become friends but little did she know that they had plans in mind for her. Terrence Darrow has introduce most of the classmates to the Protein Enhancer Capsule when the user gained muscle mass and strength in a rapid pace, one of the so-called former bullies saw this capsule and informed their leader of this.
The "former" bullies took Helga to the capsule to let her see for herself, when she took a closer look on the inside of the capsule, the bullies revealed their true colors as part of the plan and closed the capsule door. Terrence, little knowing that Helga was there, turned on the capsule Helga's muscles was bulking up at a rapid pace and her height increased exponentially, she then collapsed because of the energies becoming too much for her to bear.
After the incident of the Protein Enhancer, Helga woke up in her hospital bed and went to the bathroom to check her face when she saw in the mirror that she had gained muscle mass and she frightfully punched the mirror. When Helga punched the mirror, she realized that her strength has increased to superhuman feat as well as her muscle mass.
THE LEARNER OF THE GUITAR
Helga then checked out of the hospital to discover the outside world and to test her abilities, she saw that a man was held at gun point by some robbers and with her leg strength jump towards the robbers she fought off the robbers with her boxing techniques. The man saw that Helga beat the aggressors single handily and he told her that he was a guitar teacher and would like to teach her how to play the guitar.
Despite her size and strength, Helga learned much from the guitar teacher and she asked him what is his name, the old guitarist then revealed his identity, his name was Shamus Clay Rutgior, a guitarist who was once a retired unpowered superhero as The Guitarist, a costumed detective of higher renown, after he lost his sister to cancer, he then retired from crime fighting in 1977 to when he normally teach them how to play the guitar. Shamus gave Helga his guitar to when she plays it while waiting or when she feels bored.
After Helga have learned guitar from Shamus, he gave her the nickname of Guitarstring because she earned it by learning to be one with the unbreakable string of the guitar. Helga always wanted to make her mark as a superhero and a guitarist at Millennium City, she decides to go there to continue what The Guitarist started.
