The Grey Shrike claims to be a professional security consultant. In fact, this is just a thin cover for her real job as a professional archer/assassin. The MCPD suspects her as the culprit in several murders - her penchant for leaving her victims skewered to walls is rather distinctive - but as of yet haven't been able to prove anything or determine her real identity.
Margaret is entirely narcissistic and amoral. She has some reputation among the underworld as someone who pays attention to detail and gets the job done. She has worked with other supervillains in the past, but is known to be difficult to get along with. Most recently she has freelanced for ARGENT, which hired her mainly for her deniability.

- Flying V's Last Will And Testament
Professional hitwoman Margaret Schiebel murdered the archer-hero known as Flying V, stole his equipment, and has now learned how to use it. These include his bow, arsenal of arrows, and a near-silent anti-gravity pack.

Shrike is meant to be an antagonist, not a protagonist. She's most useful as an addition to a player hero's rogue's gallery, or as a major villain's henchman.
