| GENO's powers are very much like lich. He consumes this victims. Then there power becomes his. There soul is sent to his realm.
His real body is blue energy in his realm of darkness. There he controls many body clones. They are cybernetic consisting black metallic bones that come from his realm and may shapeshift at will to becoming cybernetic weapons. His nails are made of the Reapers metal that reaps out souls. Teleport to and from his realm. His grey synhthic skin may regenerate slowly
Uses massive amounts of energy when making power summons causing his reliant on his servants. He uses the soul energy of captured is his realm of may have fallen to a 'soul contract' which they may be freed after a set time. Massive bodies of water will paralyze him where he falls into strange dreams.

Through out history the grim reaper has made himself visible to heroic men offering contracts. When ever the reaper is defeated in said contract. The hero body or weapon become infused with reaper metal. Giving great power but also comes with a curse. They become soul stealers which absorb life in order to be used as power. If not careful could mean great destruction and lost of life.
Story is set post apocalypse so mutants and stuff may be common. Major city's are protected in domes or 50 feet walls. Home based in the Caribbean which is less in ruin from the apocalypse but uses aircraft to travel the world and see cities in different conditions.
A story with many arches and not easily explained.
Rave steals the Reaper's scythe in an act of heroism to save his girlfriend. This weapon should kill any mortal but instead it absorbed itself into his bones. Where he gains all its power. Amongst those flights, teleportation, shadow clones and the ability to absorb anything and use it as his own power.This set unbalanced to the natural order, which caused the apocalypse (Apocalypse: Demons escape from hell in large numbers so mankind launched nukes, the angels stood by ideally).
The Reaper grabs his GF and teleports away. She was secretly an angel and had to be brought back to heaven. Rave would not give up his power and the angels realised the only way to set things back to normal is to try to kill Rave. The demons saw this and figured they could do the same but instead keep that power for their own. The grim reaper hung over rave waiting for him to slip up so that he can personally torture Rave for eternity. But Rave would turn over every realm to find his girl. (Rave rampages through heaven) He grew colder, becoming battle hardened.
Conclusion came that Rave made a clone and set him off to do the Reaper's work. While Rave spent his time doing heroics and fooling around with girls in a lavish lifestyle. The clone eventually grew more powerful and went rouge. A battle that Rave lost, but then Rave teamed up with the Reaper and tricked the clone, the clone became a scythe which the Reaper took. Rave and the Reaper Death became friends.
Rave is not really a hero nor villain. Unlike the angels, he did not know that what he did would cause millions to die. But after living with the guilt and madness of a lich spirit. He mostly sees it fit to protect the Earth because he has been judged and banned from Heaven and Hell to assist in nothingness forever when the universe ends. What he did then is gain a small group of soldier followers and many wives. He believes if he can cling on to this the all is not lost.
