Through out history the grim reaper has made himself visible to heroic men offering contracts. When ever the reaper is defeated in said contract. The hero body or weapon become infused with reaper metal. Giving great power but also comes with a curse. They become soul stealers which absorb life in order to be used as power. If not careful could mean great destruction and lost of life.
Story is set post apocalypse so mutants and stuff may be common. Major city's are protected in domes or 50 feet walls.
