At a time when humanity was about to go to World War, again. Rave was drafted and trained to kill but when the time came he refused to go because they where not fighting for the right causes and innocent people where dying. He was sent to jail. After a month bombs dropped in his location. The prisoners and left behind got hit with biological weapons. He died but gain mutations that made him a cybernetic ghost. Along with other people getting powers from these chemicals that mutated and changed life on earth. Only good thing that came from war is that it made an opening for his escape from prison to start over. Bad is that many criminals got direct contact with the chemicals and stronger powers.

Biology

Basic

• He is a ghost which exists on a cybernetic plane like retrowave. But more like a part-time god.
• Has no physical body but is like a radius of force energy around whom he possess. Damaging the force energy damages him. And taking form is just concentrating force molecules to an area.
• He can look any how but prefers a medium fit build and his face from when he was human. He only takes human appearance when trying not to attract attention. Otherwise he looks like a 8ft black-Grey devil ghost man.
• The only ones that can see Roman is the girls that carry his soul unless he chooses to take a visible appearance to others or they have some sort of special eyes or vision. Other times it should look like he is not there.
• His entire being is one thinking cell of blue extoplasm covered by harder black-Grey skin, no organs.
• The ectoplasm is the source of power boosting when he injects it into others and also absorb some of their DNA. His body fuild has many uses. And dependant on his thought.
• All clones are the real him
• He may possess non sentient robot and machine

Depth

• Eyes - If the ability to read minds isn't bad enough. He sees multiple views all at once with clones and cybernetic device mainframe hacking. His eyes break down layers giving him xtray vision amonge many to adjust his sight. Moving so fast does give him the ability to see things in slower time. Super visions is important to his ability to phase through objects. But it these just make him a boring bored being from no surprises. His body doesn't do sleep process and doesn't need to close.
• Nose - His sense of smell is extremely powerful and can trace a smell for miles. It is sickeningly powerful. A normal human smell 1 thing but he breakdown and pin point every smell down to knowing its contents.
• Ears - He can change the frequency of his ears but he doesn't much use super human hearing because it can be disorienting.
• Voice - In Human is deep and sophisticated. He was a charming chill way with big word. In the bigger grey version his voices is death metal demonic. When he speaks it sounds like multiple different voice pitch talking in synchronicity.

• He does live "ordinary" rich person life. He can teleport anywhere in the world in seconds. He can have a dinner date in Tokyo, then a even strole in Paris and spend the night in a private lounge in the Aspen mountains in an hour. Then still have time to make breakfast in Italy.
• Alot of development went into space travel. He was pushing for a futuristic humanity. This became like is main job. He science expanded much from times Rave Labs was hidden under the strip club and he use to walk around like a gangster.
• During that times he had a war with heaven and the results caused people to stop aging at 18. Rave himself was banned from heaven and hell.
• After witnessing his works. People invented a new religion to prey to him. referred to him as 'Lord' but his wives called him 'god' literaturally. They would prey to him but he found this as madness. People would sacrifice themselves to move onto the next world.
• You'd see the Immortal Legion adopt white and blue into their uniform aside from the previous black and blue. It seemed like heaven on Earth. With nothing left to do but make sweet love and expand to space.
• They lived in a techno angellic society.

• They are not allowed to go more than 10ft to anyone. Must have no direct contact. Must not look directly into anyone's eyes. Anything given to them must first be thoroughly inspected but bots.

• The girls don't usually have much say in what their contract entails. However treated with sophistication.
• Roman's power level makes it pointless for anyone to really bother to assist in battle. They just hang back and let him handle it when he materializes.
• The women are beacons the carry his spirit to different. It was never really intended for them to do much.
• In verse, the skimpy armor his girls wear are pointless . It's not something everyone does but is done by attention seekers. Robot advisors from Rave design his girls armor as eye candy for him and Basically does nothing prevent damage. Unless is alien tradition or any of those BS excuses guys like me make to explain why the attire is as such.
• Yes little hovering robots from Rave labs decided what the girls wear in a daily basis. Thoses same robots administrator commands of what is to be done based on a loose schedule. And feed directly from dormant thoughts in Rave brain.
• Regardless of the environment he always has one or more chics with him. Observeing quietly or assisting, he often bring thots to an important board meetings. They constantly distracted him. The other leaders were too afraid to comment. He doesn't care much making corrupted leaders he don't like much feel uncomfortable. To often segway off topic to talk about women, sex and enemies he killed. Might look like just being an ass. But remember it's all mind games triggering fear, respect and alleviating boredom.

Relationship with Heroes

• Some could match his power but not his influence of a growing army. A lot of them would dislike what he is about but he is to much of a bother to bring down. Not with a dispecable level of charisma like that.

Rave As A God

People came to Rave asking for miracles. He only wanted to help them. But they started preying to him with the invention of a knew religion with him at the center. A kind of gross site he imagined. They knew he liked girls and considered his closest ones holy priestesses of the highest rank. Women offered themselves as well as men their daughters wives or daughters to him. Thought being they would be closer to the god he was. He refused 99.99% percent of the time. Rave understood the depraved urges and abilities he aquired was of a god. He became exactly what he hated. He hated himself so much for not being able to do enough. It angered him that he could not control his urges. What set him off is when the gods tried to interfer in his desire to change the world so he had to kill them.

Only way to kill Rave and end him once and for all

• Destroy his energy stations and global telecommunications networks to weaken him. Including moon and planet sized satallites of his own that he built. They are heavily guarded by his enhanced army. YOU DON'T STAND A CHANCE!
• Ensure all his clones disappear by forcing him to use up all his energy. He is a heavy energy user to manifest physically.
• After that his conscience fades back into the minds of his women. At that time he needa at lease one host. Find all of his women. YOU MOST LIKELY NOT FIND A SINGLE ONE. They rarely leave their stations where they are protected.
• In the rare occasions that happens. Kill all the women he manifested himself in. (He will not be able to take physical form to protect them.
• Now enter cyberpace to destroy his brain. A plane of existence which he is even more godlike.
• He magic. He cannot copy magic but immitate it.

Other Weaknesses that do not kill him but hinder

• Sunlight; If exposed to direct sunlight a high creepy voice calls out to him like a song as he staggers and slowly hallucinate into madness.
• Large bodies of water; Going too deep under water without some kind of ship will trigger these psychotic episodes. But this time with a dark deep gutteral growl.
• Needs telecommunications signals to manifest.
• Thots. Not only need them to exist also blinded by his love for them.

The Death of Rave

• Many years in future after full Legion take over, time came when the planet was to implode. Rave stretch himself to cover the sky. The he came down like a blanket of light. He fused himself with all the Earth. Holding hands in every piece of life. He became the planet. He became a piece of everything. Some say he is still alive but just taking a break.
