White Talon is the 2nd alter ego of Ravenswood graduate and Dragon Warrior, Ricky Feng. When Ricky steps down from fighting crime to pursue a normal life, he accepts a job as an advanced self defense instructor as the academy. It's not long after that Ricky gives in to his calling as a super hero when Liberty Kid requests his assistance in helping the Westsiders. He returns to fighting crime, but chooses a new name and suit.
