History
Born in 1981 Mia White was never a normal child. Air felt cold around her as well as water freezing upon touching her skin. Her parents called this 'her curse' claiming that Mia must suffer these abnormalities due to something they did wrong. When she hit puberty her powers hit her harder. Not only was she able to control ice and water her skin naturally conducted a static charge that she was able to dissipate at will. When she turned 18 she moved out her house and into a flat in London where she got a job waiting tables. With the new start in the city Mia thought her life could be normal. Or at least as normal as she could get.
January 10, 1999
This date is one that she always remembers. Mia had been working her shift like normal when a group of foreign diplomats entered for dinner before heading back to their hotel. Before they could finish their meal the super villain known as the Black Knight sent his henchmen to attack the group. At first Mia did what cellulite everyone else did, she hid not wanting to be apart of the conflict but after she saw the first victim her mind was made up. Using the bar as cover she was able to hold the henchmen back long enough for the police to arrive. Mia passed out due to a combination of her wounds and adrenaline leaving her body.
Project HERO
Two weeks later Winter found herself still in the hospital when three men dressed in black came to talk to her. Two just stood guard at the door while the third introduced him self as Director Damon. He explained to Mia that she was chosen to work for the English Government as they were starting a new project and needed one more 'mutant' to continue. At first Mia resisted. She never wanted to be a hero and had already made up her mind that what she did two weeks ago was reckless and stupid. It wasn't until when Damon promised her that they could teach her to control her powers plus she would get training, room and board, as well as three meals a day. He had mentioned payment but the food and room and board were enough for Mia to accept the offer.
Origins of the Name
Naming herself Winter during her training her combat instructors added on the title of Endless due to her do or die trying mind set. It wasn't until she was chosen to join the International Superheroes League that her named changed once more to English Winter.
Personality
Care free and joking Mia is almost always seen with a smile on her face and laughter coming from her throat. Loyal to those she sees as friends she would risk everything she has earned if it means a friend walks away clean, or is able to get a head start. When fighting though she rarely speaks and is known for throwing herself into situations that most wouldn't dream of.
Tech
Currently she uses Endless Winter Combat Armor v 2.8.2. It is fitted with internal dampeners that help to soften falls and impacts, these can be over loaded if a long enough fall or strong enough impact hits her. With in her helmet it holds a full H.U.D (Heads Up Display) which contains facial recognition, night vision, internal diagnostics, finger print identification, as well as a built in comm unit and mp3 player. Her gloves hold the visual part of her comm unit as well as augments that help increase her control of her powers. Within her chest plate she has a personal teleportation device and her boots hold powerful anti grav units that can be extended to surround a second person at the cost of speed.
The armor it self is made up of a classified material that is lighter but stronger then titanium. She wears a bite proof under armor, this came as an addition due to the Blood Moon and watching people getting turned by a simple bite.
