Draca is the mutant hybrid son of a dragon father and mutant mother making him a half-dragon and a Omega Level Mutant
Dragon Physiology: Drakius is a mutant half-dragon, giving him the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, scales, prehensile tail etc.
Superhuman Strength: Drakirus possesses vast superhuman strength able to lift 80 and 100 tons.
Superhuman Durability: Drakirus's body is considerably stronger and harder than a human and is impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent and able to survive in extreme temperatures and pressures.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.

Superhuman Mental Process: Drakirus is gifted with superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, logical/philosophical structuring and learning capabilities. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.
Immortality: His half-dragon physiology has made him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.
Regenerative Healing Factor: He possesses a natural healing factor that is further augmented by his mutant powers able to regenerate damaged and destroyed tissue, broken bones and brain cells at superhuman speed and efficiency.
