Origins

Ciavios Bloreios Hawke was born on 30th March 1990 in Saint Mary's Hospital Portsmouth, born to Mrs Ciavios Bloreios Hawke and Mr Alfredo Marciano, she was educated at Newlands Manor School Seaford East Sussex a Private school for the wealthy. The reason she was schooled in the United Kingdom was she could learn the Queen's English rather than the Americanized English common throughout the World and Her parents one day knew she would be running a Company that spanned the world.

Ciavios Bloreios Hawke was born on 1st January 1383 in Athens Greece. In the family tradition Cleo became a Vampire on her 17th birthday as it was the turn of the Century and she was the older of two siblings. The Cloak she wears occasionally has her family Logo The White Hawk.

Appearance

To look at Cleo she looks just like any young woman, Her hair is normally well looked after some would say it looks silky, although nobody is allowed close enough to touch, Her English Schooling shows in the way she carries herself, her Blue eyes seem to be full of confidence, if she is in a board meeting she will wear the best looking Ladies suit, worn with a medium Skirt, While in the club or out and about she can be seen in Leather Trousers and jackets. Of course if she needs to dress up she makes any dress she wears look elegant without looking sleeezy. Another thing people will notice she is very rarely seen without at least on Pistol on her person, This could be as a result of an attack in 2011, this is explained further down.

Personality

Although she is running her family business her competitive streak has stopped large companies taking advantage of Hawke's Alloy's, she has even managed to buy out larger companies with creative accounting, she does nothing Illegal although she does seem to get a lot of information from inside a competitor before giving them an offer they can not refuse. One company did refuse this; two years ago, now that company no longer exists and its assets including its factories and staff handed to Hawke's Alloy's as they were the biggest Creditor.

Her confidence also goes into her personal life, in clubs she can be found either at the bar chatting to other patrons or on the dance floor remarking on someones dancing, although none have seen her dance. Miss Hawke can be very persuasive, persuading people to help her to her Limo, here she offers them a ride to their home, strangely enough some do not recall the trip to their own house, this could be down to being too drunk to remember and it is actually Miss Hawke helping them due to their intoxicated state.

Powers and Abilities

These observations are from an unknown source claiming that Miss Hawke is not Human, but we have no evidence this is true but we are putting this information here for the record, I was told to put everything we know about Miss Hawke whether its Rumour or true.

OK so Cleo’s powers appear to be based on blood she can siphon blood from an opponent at range healing herself and harming them, in some extreme cases witnesses report that her opponents blood seems to boil causing death, She can move fast and slap down an opponent dazing them for a moment, it can be seen that most conventional weapons can injure her but her healing rate is extremely fast even for one of her kind. After some research we have discovered what some of her abilities are called:-

Her Regeneration also appears to allow her to come back even after being defeated.

Recent History, Corporate History

In 2011 a Voodoo Cult tried to steal her powers, the Ritual went wrong all 13 cultists died causing Cleo's Memory to be wiped, she was found by two members of the MCPD Downtown after a call from some concerned members of the public heard strange chanting and a Pretty spectacular Lightshow, they found Cleo unconscious the only ID she had was the dog tags around her neck and a small silver coin with a hawk and the year 1400 stamped on it clenched in her hands, but they were unable to confirm they were hers until she woke up. We believe this proves that Miss Hawke is a Human, she had no power to steal thats why their Ritual failed. Miss Hawke claims the coin is an old family Heirloom from the time they were in Greece, it was Cast to Commemorate the Marriage of Lord Hawke and his new wife, Ciavios says she does not recall their names sobbing at the loss of part of her families History due to idiots. The day this occurred all the staff in the Company were give a paid day off to have when they wanted.

Miss Hawke has been the Director of the Company Hawke's Alloy's (referred to as The Company for the rest of this document)for the last 2 years, inheriting the Job after her mother's death in an Air Accident in New York while on a business trip, no remains recovered.

Since 2009 Someone fitting Miss Hawke's description has been handing in Bounties, most of the ones she hand in are Badly injured or dead, unless the Bounty specifically said Alive and unharmed, these ones normally come in Half Mad claiming crazy unbelievable things.

In 1945 the Company Hawke's Metal Works applied to change its name on the Stock Market, the then Chairman said it was to bring the company kicking an screaming into the 20th Century, the Companies new name was and still is Hawke's Alloy's. The Company now supply a large number of World Military's with Body Armor for their infantry, in the beginning of 2012 The Company won a Contract to supply The Canadian Armies newest tank, while bidding The Company bought out a small Engineering Company (World State Engineering) that supplied Engine parts and equipment for the US and UK Governments, their contracts were rewritten giving The Company the rights to supply both countries Armed Forces.

For People in the know Miss Hawke has been Running the Business for the last 100 years but faking various deaths to hide her true age and of course her true nature.

Some would class Cleo as a Toreador always finding a way to get what she wants; others call her a Tremere because they have seen her in combat.

Journalist's Notes

Some of these things I have discovered while talking to Miss Hawke's staff, some say she appears to have no real friends as if she was afraid someone would backstab her, then again considering what she can do to a business competitor, these insecurities may be a direct result of the attack in 2011 or of course running the business at such a young age, the strain could be getting to her although it does not show. I did persuade Miss Hawke to speak to a Psychologist although I have not received a report from any Psychologists within the city so I believe she hasn't been to them. Being a Journalist I have no idea what this means, is she afraid to see them or has she been to busy running the business or is she still mourning her mother.

I keep trying to get an Interview with Miss Hawke, but her Secretary keeps saying she is too busy to speak to me.
