Appearance
Germaine is skinny and boyish and is sometimes mistaken for a child or the opposite gender. Her oddball taste in clothing doesn't help the situation as she will freely mix-and-match bow-ties with jeggings or skirts with suspenders. She tends to keep her hair close cut to avoid issues with her mask.
She does not actually need glasses to see but can usually be found wearing obnoxious, thick-rimmed glasses with fake lenses.

Personality
At first glance, Germaine appears flighty, bubbly, and gratingly cheerful. And that impression usually sticks around because that is actually her real personality. When it comes to mastering a task, however, Germaine exhibits single-minded dedication and will often spend long hours researching and practicing to better hone her skill.
On the social outcast spectrum she is more of a dweeb or dork than a nerd or geek. Her hobbies and interests tend to be peculiar and short-lived.
