An organization of criminal mentalists led by the powerful psionic villain Psimon. Many of its members have received mental-enhancements as a result of a psi-serum that helps reach their psionic potential. Mind, Inc., a self-help group, is just a front for PSI to find potential mentalists; “counselors” scan all clients for psionic ability or, failing that, useful information. The more wealthy and socially connected the candidate, the better.
