GLOBE (Global Law-Enforcement Operatives and Biographical-Intelligence Entity) operates from the flying fortress, the Aero-Carrier, Artemis. GLOBE's purpose is simple. The world is too small to be confined by borders and boundaries. Both worldly and otherworldly threats continue to lurk at Earth's doorstep, waiting for just the right time to attack and threaten all. GLOBE was created as a peace keeping organization that would be able to aid all lands and nations. GLOBE is an international group, consisting of heroes from around the world. GLOBE operates under the jurisdiction of the United Nations and UNTIL (United Nations Task-force International Law), but is governed by no single entity.
