Background

Subject's early life remains largely unknown. An individual matching the subject's rough description has an entry in the Philadelphia Juvenile Penal records in 1986 for breaking and entering and assault and battery, but this is inconclusive, since there are many other instances of similarly-described youths all across the country, not to mention the world.

The first verifiable record is in 1989, when an individual with a birth certificate and drivers license identifying him as Michael LeFevre, age 19, enlisted in the U.S. Army and transferred to the US Army Rangers, comfortably completing the training program. There seems to be nothing noteworthy about his career. In 1996, it was discovered that both the birth certificate and driving license that he'd used to enlist were both forgeries.

He subsequently spent 18 months in Leavenworth where he steadfastly refused to give up the name of the person who had forged the documents. Upon his release, he was given a dishonorable discharge. Upon his discharge he almost instantly disappeared under the radar again.

A number of reports from Interpol and the CIA cite references to an individual calling himself "Caliban" during the next 8 years or so. These reports are invariably vague and inconclusive, but the individual in question matches the subject's description, appears to have some form of military training, and the illegal activities surrounding the reports suggests a similar skill set.

Interpol reports link the subject (in an inconclusive manner) to piracy on the high seas and gunrunning.

CIA reports reports mention (in an equally as inconclusive manner) corporate extractions and private paramilitary activities.

In 2006, the subject was apprehended at Bangor International Airport in Bangor, Maine, due to a random customs check that discovered a firearm in his luggage. The subject was held, questioned, and the subsequent investigation directly linked the subject to a number of instances of grand larceny/felony theft. The subject (who still remained legally unidentified, but who had documents identifying him as name Simon Blackman, Jorge Ramirez, Asad Al-Faiid amongst others), was then transferred to USP Lewisburg, PA.

At this time, it was discovered that the subject had received a prosthesis, an artificial leg from just above his knee. It is unknown where he underwent surgery, or the circumstances surrounding the limb replacement. Subject has refused to answer any and all questions regarding the incident, saying only "Sometimes, learning who you can and can't steal from is a painful lesson."

Shortly after transfer, the subject was entered into the PRIMUS S.A.T.C.A.T. program and released with a PRIMUS handler. Subject has performed beyond expectations since that time.

Powers and Abilities

As a (mostly) unaugmented human, subject has no special powers or abilities. He is excellent physical condition for a man of his age, rivaling Olympic athletes for strength, speed and fitness. Subject has demonstrated in-depth knowledge and mastery of a number of different martial arts, although it is unknown where he learned the skills or which masters he trained under. During his time as a Ranger, he also demonstrated a natural aptitude for firearms and ranged combat. Subject is above average in human intelligence, but is not a genius. Subject's main strength lies in his many years of experience and fieldwork, and an innate natural cunning and highly developed sense of self-preservation.

Subjects only non-normal human trait is his prosthetic leg. The leg is made from a hybrid titanium-questionite alloy and is extremely durable, light and strong. The internal hydraulics allow the subject to leap further than a normal human and land safely from greater heights. It also has a number of compartments and niches that allow the subject to store various items.

Weaknesses and Limitations

Subject has all the normal weaknesses and limitations of a normal human. He can be killed via normal means and requires food, air, water and sleep.
