COMPASS, fully known as the Coalition for Organizing Metahuman Policing and Security Services, is an organization based in downtown Millennium City that facilitates social services and human resources for metahuman and non-empowered clients within the superhero community. The team's membership primarily consists of recognized superheroes who operate near-exclusively within city limits.

History

Following his resignation as leader and subsequent departure from Eternals Incorporated, Rodney "Wheelman" Duelleck founded the first core iteration of COMPASS in 2015-- taking much inspiration from his former teammate's initiative to promote heroes of a new generation. Realizing the challenges that superheroes (especially metahumans like himself) face in modern times, Rodney drafted a two-fold mission statement for COMPASS outlining their role as both an active supergroup and an organization that would look out for the basic needs and rights of their contemporaries.
