Adam Clegowski turned to drug use to block out the constant buzz in his head, becoming homeless in his early twenties. Eventually, he was blinded by the Cobras for failing to pay down his significant debts. Mind Inc. took him in, cleaned him up, and awakened his latent power. He now serves as a tracker and locator for PSI.

While physically frail, he has an undisclosed suite of psionic powers, the most notable of which is his awareness of his surroundings. He can find other minds, no matter how well shielded, can feel the psychic impressions people leave in their wake, and sense mystical and psionic foci from a distance.

• Sight Beyond Sight
  While physically blind, Bloodhound can sense mental impressions around him. While minds and psionic artifacts are easiest to sense, anything an intelligent being has touched or even paid attention to recently can be perceived (though dimly.) Due to his training with Mind Inc. and PSI, he also has some minor telepathic and telekinetic ability.
