Destiny Bishop had a rough childhood like most kids in today's times but Destiny had it rougher then anyone else. Destiny grew up adoring her father picturing him as the perfect role model and bodyguard and always there for his daughter when times were rough, he served in 3 wars, became a cop for a short time, and even became a PRIMUS agent and served time there for over 5 years until finally retiring, but Destiny and her mother were shocked to here that Destiny's own father wanted to get a sex change and metamorph into a woman.

Destiny was crushed to find out that the man that she looked up to and idoled has and will become a woman and now she will have no one to walk her down the isle when she gets married and let alone her father was the only male figure in her life, Destiny never got dates in high school and never really had many guy friends and so this news about her own father wanting to get a sex change had truly broken Destiny to the point that her father, Johnathon Bishop is "dead" not physically but internally, this has even led Destiny to write a short poem about her father's life choice and bury herself deeper into depression.

Destiny's mom and former dad divorced and Destiny took up archery as a hobby due to how good it felt to pull back on the heartstrings of a bow and release an arrow at high velocities like she would want to do with her own anger. Destiny's hobby in archery led to her becoming an Olympic-class archer and become on of the best archers in Millennium City.

One day Destiny was walking home from archery practice and witness the vigilante, Arrow Eye in a brawl with a super-powered foe and realizing that Arrow Eye's opponent had gained the upper hand and was winning, Destiny reached for her bow and arrow and scared the enemy away by shooting him in the knee cap. Destiny soon befriended Arrow Eye and he later revealed his identity to Destiny as James Dawson, another Olympic class archer who dreamed of gold medals, until the day his family was struck down in an attack on Millennium City by the Qularr. Saved by the heroes who defended humanity that day, James choose to turn his anger and skill toward protecting those who can't protect themselves. James offered Destiny a chance to be his sidekick as Quiver and the two both become a dynamic duo and in short Destiny accepted.

Destiny took up the mantle of Quiver at fourteen and carried it out til she was eighteen and later left Arrow Eye after their heroic adventures caused the death of Destiny's mother and for this left Arrow Eye back to being a solo hero. Destiny soon realized she had no one left in her life but after bumping into someone on the Millennium City Bus Stop she met Darren Shaw, her father's former partner during his time with PRIMUS and Destiny shared the news of what happened to her mother and confessed to Darren since he was the only person left in her life she felt safe with that she was Quiver, sidekick to Arrow Eye but has quit and wants a second chance at redemption.

Darren soon arranged some buds at PRIMUS to make a Questionite bow and carbon-fiber arrows with "special" abilities along with Darren creating a special suit made just for Destiny and he later approached her with the new equipment and costume, giving Destiny permission to become a hero again but not as Quiver but as The Arrow-Mistress!

Destiny is now twenty-one years old and is still serving justice as Arrow-Mistress and is very skilled in multiple fields ones such as martial arts, swordsmanship, and marksmanship. Destiny continues to see the world as a cruel place after the death of her mother and for that sometimes wishes to kill the smug criminals she fights every night but doesn't due to her saying of "No One Determines Who Gets to Live or Die" and for that forces herself to remember that every night she goes out on patrol.

Personality

Destiny is said to have a very soothing voice that can make men melt at the sound of a soothing, mellow whisper. Destiny can be very "average" when out of costume, but due to devoting her time to both PRIMUS and UNTIL she rarely has time for a social life and can almost never be seen without carrying her bow and arrows. Destiny when on the scene as Arrow-Mistress can often be very intimidating due to her extreme use and skillfulness in firearms makes her a very deadly opponent but often resorts to bow only due to her namesake and because its a lot quite and easier, at least in her opinion.

Friends and Allies

• Arrow Eye: Destiny was once the sidekick to this hero named, Quiver but quit after their superheroics hit closer to home and got her mother killed. Destiny soon left Arrow Eye to become her own hero known as the Arrow-Mistress, the two still remain in contact and are happy to reunite again for old times.

• Darren Shaw: Darren Shaw is the legal guardian to Destiny. He has further trained Destiny to her peak after the death of mother during her time as Quiver. He was once the former partner and best friend to Destiny's father prior to his sex change and now he has retired and now monitors Destiny's actions and is her eyes and ears for any suspicious activities.

Equipment

• Carbon-Fiber Arrows: Destiny favors Carbon-Fiber Arrows to due to how very light they are and being able to fly even faster and flatter than aluminium arrows used back in the latter half of the 20th century. Destiny's legal guardian, Darren Shaw has had these arrows to be outfitted with special abilities such as:

• Cryo
• Explosive

• Questionite Bow: This bow was made just for Arrow and was constructed using just Questionite making it completely unbreakable and with a mult-flex energy bow Arrow doesn't have to worry about every breaking the bow or pulling back too hard.

• CyberEye Specs: Arrow-Mistress's special "mask" are outfitted for mainly environmental purposes as well as maintain her secret identity. The Specs allow her to see at night, track heat signatures, see infrared images, and even track weak points in her enemies.

• Quiver-Box: A standard quiver box for storing her arrows.

• Utility Belt: Underneath the green waist cape Destiny wears is a small utility belt. It is very flexible and fits snugs under Arrow's belt and can go undetected, in here Arrow stores:

• Questionite Handcuffs
• Tracker Pad
• Medical and First Aid Kits
• Gas Pellets

• Earring Comms: Darren Shaw made these specifically for Arrow-Mistress using nano-technology. The Earring Comms allow Destiny to chat back and forth with Darren with perfect voice quality and Darren has also somehow equipped the Earring Comms with being able to track Arrow's vital signs.

• JF Jeffie Heavy Blaster: This is Destiny's favorite sniper rifle she calls, "Daphne". Daphne has taken out 3 people at one time using non-lethal rubber bullets, for each time Destiny performs a perfect "silent" kill with Daphne she marks a tally on the side of her using red velvet lipstick.

Skills

• Espionage: Destiny has received the proper training with PRIMUS and UNTIL to be the perfect spy for only being 21. She is a master of disguise.

• Master Martial Artist: Destiny was trained by Arrow Eye in martial arts practice during her training as Quiver but when she quit from heroics after the death of mother, she later completed her martial arts training with Darren Shaw who taught her Vibora Camesi, Karate, Kung-Fu, Jujitsu, Tai Kwan Doe, and Hijuto.

• Multilingualism: Destiny is multilingual and spent years speaking English and Britain as well as her UNTIL missions across the globe allowed her time to also learn how to speak German, Portuguese, Russian, Italian and French.

• Skilled Markswoman: Destiny trained under Darren Shaw, former PRIMUS agent in marksmanship and can work almost any gun she can come across. She has been able to turn simple items like a spoon or a deck of cards into deadly weapons and hit her target with precise accuracy.

• Cyberline-Enhanced Speed, Agility, and Conditioning: Although never becoming a Silver Avenger, Destiny was subjected to the Cyberline serum by Darren Shaw to further enhance her conditioning, speed and agility to peak human levels and allow her to run faster then the average human, have unparalleled agility; being able to land on her feet all the time, and be more resistant to certain toxins, chemicals, and poisons as well as her peak human conditioning allows her to no longer get drunk.

• Arrow-Mistress is my first female character and represents mainly the aggressive side of women that is rarely seen.

• By taking the personality of Black Widow (Natasha Romanova), The blond hairs of Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) and Barbara Morse (Mockingbird), the impulsive attitude of Jason Todd (Red Hood), and the loyaless of Steve Rogers (Captain America) you would most likely get Arrow-Mistress.
