Living in Hell
In 2005 Millennium City you would find ordinary, Destiny Sebastian Bishop, a young girl living in a typical dysfunctional family. Destiny like her name wish she meet her "destiny" and leave her abusive father and drunken mother. Everyday Destiny just wanted to stop living in her version of hell and go live a normal life as a normal 5 year old girl, it was because of her mom and dad's constant arguing that kept Destny from making friends and getting along with others.
In June 2011, Destiny is in her teens and her and her family get a letter in the mail saying that they won a trip to Florida, her mom and dad are not as arguing as much as they were when she was little but the still don't get along like a normal couple. Destiny's mom decided it would be great to go to Florida and enjoy their wonderful beaches and use it in hopes for clearing down all the stress the family's been through throughout most of Destiny's childhood. After hours of persuading her husband, he later agreed to going after intending to stay home.

When Destiny and her parents arrived at the airport they realized they weren't getting on an ordinary plane, they got a private plane, the family just shook it off knowing that it could've been apart of some promotion Destiny's dad got at his job as a car salesman. They quickly boarded and flew off to Florida, or so they thought when the family sat in their designated seats they were quickly cornered and attacked by men in black suits trying to kill them Destiny's mom was shot in the back of the head and her dad being an ex-armed forces member was capable of fighting them off before being stabbed in his midsection with a combat knife he quickly bled out and that was when Destiny reached into her luggage and grabbed a crossbow and an arrow and fired it right at the man who stabbed her father.
Mayday! Mayday!
Destiny took a hobby in archery after she decided it was they only way of making herself feel relaxed and away from her parents arguing from when she was younger. Now Destiny turned her hobby into a weapon and used it to stun the man in black, she later tried to her father's wounds but she had no choice but to let him die and save herself, the pilot hitched a bomb that would blow the plane to smithereens and Destiny used the last parachute on the plane to jump out and parachute down to the island below.
Stranded
Destiny landed on the island confused and unaware of her surrounding but still used her Girl Scouts knowledge of poisonous berries and such to help her survive while living on the island. Destiny used her bow and arrow every night to hunt for food, killing and cooking things like wild boar and others. On some occasions Destiny fled to the island's beach and just relax by the water and at least feel like she was on vacation and that her parents were still alive watching her get skin cells destroyed by the sun's vibrant ultraviolet.

Powers
Mutant "Arroweye" Targeting Retinas: The only mutant attribute of Destiny, she seems to have "irregular" eyesight where her retinas act like armed missiles and the lock onto a target and glow either red or green when they detect a weak point in a enemy or when Destiny is within range to fire and arrow. Destiny has used this either when there came times she needs to hit her target precisely near a specific area in order to stop a certain outcome from happening, she has also shown to primarily use it to detect weak points in armor, people, robots, etc.
Skills and Abilities
Skilled Archer: Destiny is very skilled in the lines of archery. She has been training since she was younger and used her knowledge of a bow and arrow to defend herself when stranded on an island and also used it to hunt. Destiny also has very keen eyesight, she can fire at least eight arrows before her arm tires out, she has also seen to
Skilled Markswoman: Destiny is skilled in multiple fields of "ranged" attacks. Primarily archery, but she is also skilled in the line of firearms and rifles.
Weak Point Detection: With the help of her "Arroweye" power, Destiny can detect weak points or vital areas in armor, people, machinery, etc.
Survivability: While living on the island armed with nothing but a bow and arrow and using her Girl Scout knowledge of specific animals and plants, Destiny learned how to survive and fend for herself and hunt game whenever she needed it. Destiny even know her away around plants that have healing enzymes that can act as "medicine" for open flesh wounds.
Equipment
Trick Arrowhead Types
- Taser Arrow: The Taser Arrow uses a bio-electric rod to emit electricity that can be activated by pressing a button near the "butt" of the arrow.
- Explosive Arrow: Explosive Arrows are activate once they hit a target of some kind, it took forever for the arrow to be constructed but its the most powerful arrow in Mistress' arsenal.
- Gas Arrow: The Gas Arrow works like a flare where once it explodes it releases a cloud of dust that can cause enemies to choke and gag. A poisonous version is made but rarely used because its "too lethal".
- Grapnel Arrow: Obviously used for binding opponents, swing from Point A to Point B, or to scale buildings.
- Glue Arrow: This is a customized trick arrow with a ball tip containing a highly reactive, fast drying, industrial polymer. It is designed to look like a standard arrow to fool opponents who are invincible to a standard arrow.
