Appearance
Nathan stands at a tall 6'4, towering over the average sized person. Compared to most people in the business of heroing he is quite tiny. His shoulders arn't broad and his waist abnormally tiny. He wears a rather large smile with a bit of sarcasm to his tone, although often mistaken for cruelty.
Chapter One : The Terror
Nathan Silver born in Brooklyn grew up with both of his parents. He went through High-school with troubles from gangs and drug abuse. He often put himself in bad situations, abrupting in fights and deaths. He created a group of vigilanty teens with his friend Akiro. The group known as Shiro-Tenshi wore White trench coats and red dragons on their backs, they were reknowned for having the strongest fighters in his neighborhood. Him and his rising gang slowly brought the crime rate down in his town, eventually leading to his retirement from it at the age of twenty-two. He left in hesistation although found a far more important purpose, his pursuit into college and his love with his future wife, Julia.
He earned degrees in geneology and left college after six long years, granted to him as scholarships. He began his new job as an assistant in a super-soldier syrum, his wife worked along side him as a guard to the military base. They were under constant threats by terrorist organizations and people against genetic engineering. These threats were often pushed off as nothing, considering the abundance of them they recieved.
After having children with his wife already and raising them for the last 5 years, Nathan was now 27 and in the prime of his youth and happiness. The military base was closed down due to another threat notice, his wife worked because it was her job to defend the area. Nathan had no hesitation to drive up the base to see her as he often did in the same situation. He reached the gates waving to the guard with a smile before a large explosion went off. A large wave of radiation struck the area, mutating and killing most of the people in the area. Nathan struck by it, started melting away his skin but, quickly ran towards Julia in hopes she was alive. She stood in front of him her skin melted away and burning with boils. The military pulled in with guns and determined who would live and who would die based on how mutated their DNA was. Nathan was one of the ten survivors, he watched his only love get shot down.
Nathan was announced K.I.A. that day and refused to go home to his children due to his mutation and depression from the lose of his wife. The goverment gave him a orphanage to provide him with the funds to live and to keep him away from society because of his anti-social behavior due to the mutations and his appearance. He sat alone most of the time in a black cloak, covering the majority of himself to avoid being seen by the children. He lived in peace for a very short time before the military came to him with an offer to join a group named First Regime Explosion Specialist, a covert operation group based around raiding areas and killing off meta-humans in benefit to research and future expansion. He joined without hesitation.
Chapter Two : The Pain
Nathan began his training and new job as a sniper specialist. He worked along side a team of eight, each man specialising in the mastery of their mutations. Nathan sat along side his best friend among the team, Jace Wolf, a master hand to hand combatant and known genius. Nathan's mutation gave him a large jump in instinct and left him a little less humane than he once was but, this was mainly because of how he adapted to society.
They began a large array of missions, constantly traveling they would lure the prey into open areas where Nathan would shoot from a mile away with ease and extinguish the target from existance. He specialized in poisons and how to kill somone without a trace of evidence. He was the shadow and the most reknowned for not holding back from shooting first. He was given the title 'Skulls-Eye' as a pun for shooting accurate into somone's skull.
The unit which he stayed in began to question their authorities, most of them realising they were killing their own kind, Meta-humans. They began a large revolt excluding Nathan and Jace who stayed loyal to the military that would keep them alive their remaining years. They took refuge in a sniping tower, Nathan killed his former team members one by one. His humanity completely gone, his hope in man-kind lost.
He retired and joined VIPER. They promised him a cure for his genetic mutation and all the money he would ever need. They certainly were willing to meet his wants without hesitation. He began his new career in murdering super-heroes with one goal in mind. To meet his two daughters as a human, not the beast he was then. He began objectives revolving around the killing off of gang leaders, helping VIPER expand their grasp of Millenium city from multiple areas. He met his promise with ease as did VIPER, providing him with a cure and money. His name never disclosed even among the highest leaders of VIPER.
Nathan now walked free of VIPER and the goverments grasp, he was finally a free man who was pure human.
Chapter Three : The Present
Nathan now has become employed under Unity and has moved himself and his two daughters to Millenium city. He now often is out doing his heroics again even if not considering himself one of the many vigilanties and capes. Spending most of his time at the bar still, he seems alot more social than his past self. He even shows a little more emotion and compassion towards those he hurts instead of just telling them to go away.
Chapter Zero-Zero : The Humane Discovery
Journal Entry #1
"I've discovered recessive genes in our blood... This race was intuned with magic and had the typical appearance of a 'demon'... This brings me to wonder, if all this time, we have been hunting our own kind since the beginning of man. Maybe these demons were just another race of humans, I feel as though I have found this gene in my DNA for a larger purpose. I begin to take on appearances of a darker skined human with white hair and red eyes. This only happens when I excessivly use magic. I know for a fact that Grimm's DNA had a direct effect on my ability to use magic. If that is the fact, humans from the past are likly to have a closer DNA format to this race. We out-bred this race, I intend to see why they were killed out. Maybe I can explain this to Miss Clare..."
Relationships
- Mr. Grimm - One of Nathan's first and few friends. He met him on a raid with a few other friends who he has lost contact with over time. Grimm always pushed Nathan to his hardest, even if that ment needing to spit in his face and tell him get over it and stop crying. He pushed Nathan into a romantic relationship even when he was already completely disabled as somone who you could socialize with. Despite Grimm doing this, it only made Nathan realise who he wanted to be in engaging in this friendship. He lost track of the money and gained control of his life, most importantly, his children he saw because Grimm helped him meet that goal.
- Zion - One of Nathan's closest friends. He admires her because she puts everyone first and herself last, even if that is also the thing he hates most about her. He never lost interest in her even though he would often sabotage himself, intentionally or not. Where often he doesn't let out his emotions, he seems to explode with them around Zion and tends to lose control of his calmness. Zion constantly keeps him dynamic and changing because he wants to do his best to please her and those she cares about. She helped him become a better person in realising how dense and anti-social he could be, she set him on a better track to be a better person.
- Blue Bruiser - Nathan considers Blue a good friend, even if he has a pretty big dislike for his personality. Blue has a tendency to keep Nathan on his toes and is always ready to throw his rank in Nathan's face as a way of dominance. This is where Nathan has his napolean complex, trying to beat the biggest dog knowing he is by far, the smallest. Blue may be somone Nathan would have no problem beating up but, he did greatly infulence Nathan's way of thinking when it came to others. It took a very arrogant and ignorant man like the Blue Bruiser to help Nathan realise he was just as ignorant to the world around himself.
Glimpses of the past
Nathan Silver's experiances where not nearly as broad as this. In between and during chapters he found new loves, found friends, lost both, and sometimes learned a little more about himself. These small moments and tales are what truly impacted his personality and who he was. Nathan is a dynamic person, he will always change whether for good or for worse. His path is not determined by him, but it is sabotaged by him, often more than not. Some of these are merely 'glimpses', I left these so if you were truly interested in what happened, Nathan himself may open himself up and tell you the full story. These leave a certain interest behind Nathan's history and gives you a reason to question who he is and why he is that way.

Trivia
... Nathan suffers from congestive Heart failure (CHF). He often is seen taking pills for his condition. Seeing him out of breath or coughing alot ussually indicates its current state of seriousness.
