Former teen model, Alicia Grant had her eyes opened with the horrors of the modern supervillian when her friends and parents were slaughtered at the hands of Viper operatives, innocent bystanders caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. She turned from her chosen path as a model to her education, finishing at University of Chicago with dual masters in forensic chemistry and psychology, before pursuing a crash course in business management.
Upon turning 21, she inhereited the trust left by her family, which she immediately used to acquire a seat on the board of Ceres Arms, a small but fast-climbing arms mfg. Within a year of gaining her seat, she was elected CFO. During her tenure there, she sought out the teachings of weapons specialists, both in firearms and hand to hand combat. She honed her body, reflexes and speed, at the same time she honed her mind and business instincts.
After spending two more years guiding the company toward stellar growth, she retired, with a substantial guarantee of continuing income through her stock options and other investments. She then turned her attention to freelancing her new skills and resources to governments, private corporations, and anyone else who could afford her services as a counter-terrorist/counter-insurgency troubleshooter.
Alicia has one goal: Elimination of Viper, Psi, and all other such agencies who work against the public good; who threaten the lives of innocents such as her family; and to increase her personal influence and power to levels enough to make that desire happen within her lifetime. She will go to any lengths to pursue her goals, using whatever means she has at her disposal.
