Summary

"Chaotic Good? More like Psychotic Good, or, umm...we can still call me good, right?"

"I think a brief intermission shall fix me, I mean...you know...for me.....fixed for me...that is, not at all fixed, but the way I often am...broken but in a way some strange but wonderful people seem to enjoy?"

Real Name: KeirianLeanahnSidhe e' Misere ne Eersteklas ne Lissesul-un-Firiun-un-Amicitia dun Zigilgund....etc

Age: between 12 and 2100, depending on how you measure such things, with a few millenia prior as a Force

Height: 5'

Weight: 105 lbs

Powers/Skills: An Inherently magical being, all Fae are "dual-natured", existing as both spirit and flesh while lacking a soul, meaning ghosts and phantasms are just as real to the Fae as people and buildings. Fae are typically expressions of their aspects, though the longer lived, more powerful ones develop more personality. As one of the Sidhe, Keirian ranks as such, a being able to create a pocket in the NeverNever (the broad, catch-all term for the Spirit World...all of it, Gehennah, Hell, Asgard, niflheim, etc), a demense, as well as exist as a free spirit. In combat, she is quick, blending her natural magical abilities, flight, and dexterity to not be where the enemy is focused, but more often prefers to use the methods of the assassin, considering a "fair fight" a misnomer. As an Autumnal WyldSidhe, Keirian is nearly immune to low temperatures. Ice and cold-blast type of attacks will still cause injury, due to the attack itself, not the low temperature.

Basics: Alignment: Chaotic good/psychotic good OR Lawful Evil, depending on your point of view Personality: A mix of Perky-goth and subservient, with a complete lack of ability to deceive Keirian has trouble meeting anyone's gaze for long, dropping or averting her eyes quickly unless otherwise stated. Her upper and lower canines, both, are rather extended.

(why, yes, Loligoth is fun, since you ask :)

The Fae are basically nations within the NeverNever, the part of it closest to the Mortal Realm (real world), and are split into a number of groups. Though there are several other 'nations' of Sidhe, only two remain active and powerful. The Summer (seelie) fae often give warning if offended, deal with humans in a relative exchange, and return a favor given with kindness (think feeding the old man wandering in the rain, giving him a roof for a night, he leaves a bag of treats or treasure when he disappears?). This doesn't mean they are all sweetness and light, though, as they love mischief, and don't really have the concept of going too far on a prank/joke. In addition, they avenge insults quite viciously. The Summer Court is more 'warm' in that they don't hold grudges and such as easily, but can also be overly-passionate in their emotions, good and bad. The Unseelie (winter) are colder, tending to be more predatory and calculating, even coldly cruel; however, they will always stick to their word and hold to a bargain, and may even go out of their way to help a Mortal that has been respectful and unfailingly honest: in this way, Winter is not always cold to the point of cruelty, just as Summer is not just warm, but can burn when too hot.

Thus, Keirian is technically WyldSidhe, or Wild-fae, meaning 1) can have aspects of both OR 2) is independent and chaotic.

The last post in this one is as if it was a file a government agency has on Keirian at the time she joined Delta.

Subject: KeirianSidhe e’ Misere ne Eersteklas ne Lissesul ne Firiun ne Amicitia dun Zigilgund

Race: Fae, possibly Autumnal, Sidhe

Known Aspects: Knowledge, Hunt, Prophecy

-As a Sidhe of Knowledge, the Subject is known to gather information that it deems “interesting”, and bargains can oft be made with it if some knew piece of information can be traded to it.

-According to the HGIC team down in Paranormal, The Hunt is a particular group of extremely powerful, ruthless spirits and spirit-beings called forth by one of a few legendary figures, most notably The Allfather (see deities, Norse), the Erlkoenig (see gods, Wyld), Santa Claus (see Fae, Unseelie, King of) and a few less-common other beings of great power.

-Prophecy, as it implies, allows the Subject to make minor predictions of likely accuracy at will, in addition to allowing the Subject to, unwittingly, serve as a conduit of far more momentous predictions, including, but not limited to, most major plagues on record, the fall of Rome, the death of several RCC Popes, the Schism of the Islamic faith, the first official Crusade, the French Revolution, the First World War, the use of atomic weapons, the Subject’s own End, the first and second waves of births that resulted in “supers”, and perhaps many, many more such things. For more information, request sanity-shielding of at least level seven from the Mage-department, including a Holy talisman, before looking into the as yet unclear prophecies of the Subject in Catacomb-storage 77b2j. Please remember to see our legal department regarding your Last Will and Testament, as well as your disposition should you become comatose and brain-dead.

-Some sources claim that “trust”, “loyalty”, and “subservience” are present as Aspects as well, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Background: The name should tell you some of what you are dealing with here. For one, we are sure that it isn’t the complete Name of the Subject, but from what we can tell, it is all a truthful part thereof. The first part, KeirianSidhe, gives you the common name, meaning “little dark one” and “sailahsidhe”, aka, a noble of the Faen Courts. Do keep in mind that when dealing with the Subject, nobility, amongst its kind, is determined by power, control, and lifespan far more than how we humans determined it. Furthermore, the Subject’s parents did not hold such titles, the father being an Unseelie (winter) troll, a lieutenant to the noteable Faerie Court figure the Winter Knight, that was a common leader of raid-parties upon both the Seelie Fae and Mortals. The mother was a Sylph, a Seelie (summer) Fae, and a captive of one of the raids. From what pieces we have gathered, the Subject killed the troll guarding her cage after the troll had abused the subject, took its keys, and made good its escape, later to return after tutelage under an unknown figure to hunt down all those that were part of the raids. It is important to note that the Subject likely did this more as a way of “balancing the scales” and “clearing its history” rather than with an idea of justice or right-and-wrong. It is also important for all junior agents to remember that the Subject is a killer, with at least seventeen humans and almost two hundred non-human-sapient-creatures as confirmed kills, with a suspected total being more along the lines of approximately three-hundred to three-hundred-twenty times that. The recent “good” behavior by the subject is strongly indicated to be more to keep in line with the expectations of Mortal and non-Fae creatures within the City that the Subject has expressed affection or obligation towards, not from an internal sense of morals or honor, and pales in significance to the suspected millenniums of Hunting.

E’ Misere, as far as we can tell, implies a life-bond, specifically one to the demi-goddess known as “Rala” or “Kali” Misere, though the exact nature of this bond is hard to determine, as, depending on what source is asked, it ranges from “loving marriage” to “subservience” to “conjoined life-forces”, possibly under duress or as a bargain.

Ne Eersteklas is an obvious tie to the Eersteklas family, see Subject “Saevia von Eersteklas” under files “created life forms” for a more in-depth review.

Ne Lissesul is, worryingly enough, likely a reference to the 19th century incursion by Outsiders, notably, the attempted reconstruction of this dimension by those beings that (file redacted). While unsure, it is clear that the higher office has kept the Subject under observation, at least partially, in case an Outsider should contact it.

ne Firiun, while likely of the same sort of source, another person or family of importance, has as of yet only led to vague references to an Angelic being, a full-breed one, that is no longer upon this plane of existence. The exact relationship is unclear, only that it was important enough to change the Subject’s identity, thus the inclusion to its name.

ne Amicitia, is, unlike the others, actually the principal reason the Subject was allowed to apply for partial-status as a recognized sapient being within the City, the Svartalf known as Amicitia, upon careful approach, gladly talking about her “sister”, an adopted Fae creature that came to her family several centuries ago, a broken and savage creature, but was taken in and eventually adopted by the Svartalves of Zigilgund (see file, under Canadian independent territories).

Observation: The Subject is known to be a social butterfly (pun fully intended), and is glad to make new friends, especially those of a friendly, non-confrontational nature. While subject is not too likely to pick up a well-orchestrated tail, the Subject is prone to erratic, high-speed flight, mingling in crowds much taller than itself, and stepping through short-term Waygates (see file on The Ways, Faerie, NeverNeverLand (disambiguated), it is advised that, for easier and more comprehensive observation, a junior, ‘fresh-faced’ agent is assigned to simply observe and report.

Combat: The Subject is extremely fast, able to dodge quicker than most humans can react, or even quicker than many super-humans, and has no compunctions against using a quick WayGate to dodge into a different dimension temporarily if need be. Subject is registered as having a Doctorate in Ritual Magic, but seems to have little Evocative abilities. Typically, while in “the Mortal Realm”, the Subject prefers the use of a bow, recurve, and a dagger, athame, using magic only in the more subtle ways aside from the ability to effectively teleport through WayGates. Subject has a known vulnerability to the iron (see Bane, the: relation to Fae creatures), and fire.

Oh, and the next time we find some junior agent obsessing over how “kawaii-goth” the subject is, we will see them on practice-range cleaning duty for an entire month.
