Frank Gallo is a true blue Detective within the rank and file of the M.C.P.D.

Appearance & Personality
Frank is young attractive, and confident, but when he isn't on the job, it seems like he doesn't know it.
Frank isn't large, but he's larger than life. In a world without Super Heroes, he'd the hero, every time. He believes in right and wrong, due process, and seperation of legal powers. As such you would think that he would deeply opposed to vigilante heroes. But he is also a realist. The founding fatheres could not forsee the atomic bomb, or the atomic man. The system will adapt and it will take time. Not suprisingly he is very opposed to 'killer heroes'. They are a very real problem that has to be addressed within the bounds of the law, and he has no problems with apprehending such for questioning, provided he has a quater shift of back up, and a really good plan.
Frank comes off as the noisy Italian stud cop most of the time. But it's protective coloration.
History
Origins
Frank grew up in a suburb of Troy, and his desire was always to become a policeman. To that end he went to the Army and served two tours. The first as a sniper, the second as a MP. Upon his exit of service, he got a degree in Law Enforcement and then enrolled in Millinum Cities Academy, graduating at the top of his class.
Recent
Frank won a citation during the recent Qullar Invasion for bravery, but he really earned it by helping several novice heroes earn thier capes.
Present
Frank has been spending a lot of time gathering info on the Cobra Lords. When the Blue Family separated, the turf they had won, returned to Cobra hands, and Frank has been moitoring the new leadership of the gang. Frank has also taken interest in a rogue cop outing that he keeps hearing rumors about called Sting Night.

Frank is qualified to particpate in SWAT raids, and is a skilled combatant, and investiagtor.
