In this urban jungle, evil and cowardice may thrive. But hope persists. Here the laws of nature and man coil and mingle with one another, birthing horrors and forging heroes. The environment is ever-shifting, and this organism has adapted well.
His abilities are not other-worldly, yet he stalks Westside like a vengeful animal spirit, brandishing a predator's cunning and ceaseless pursuit. His prey: the other predators of Millennium City, its criminals. He hunts them with preternatural senses. He punishes them with martial gifts and a beast's ferocity.
They call him the "Prowler of Westside", and no darkness can shield the city's evil from him.
