Skills
Pistoleer - Painkiller is an excellent shot with her pistols, even dual-wielded. She is even capable of remaining accurate while performing acrobatic feats.
Acrobatics - Painkiller is remarkably flexible and acrobatic, and has learned to use this in her gunplay.
Attributes
Painless - Painkiller's intense trauma due to extreme physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and mutilation has left her incapable of feeling pain, even the pain of fatigue. She will keep fighting until she drops dead or unconscious.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Twin Energy Pistols - Painkiller managed to acquire a pair of standard energy pistols, with power settings for dealing with a wide range of normal and super-powered enemies. They are quite accurate.
Energy Sub-machine Gun - She also has an energy SMG that uses the same ammunition as her pistols. It fires more rapidly, but less accurately than her pistols.
Protective Armor - Painkiller's outfit is covered in armor. Much of it is kevlar, with some boron carbide plating in other places. She is fairly bulletproof in her costume.
Grenades - She often carries a variety of grenades, usually frag grenades and smoke grenades.
Grav Bike
Painkiller has more recently acquired a grav bike, which she uses primarily as a means of transport, though it is equipped with two laser cannons. It is built mainly for speed, however.

Lover
Samantha Christine Noelle - Sam and Painkiller quickly fell in love over the course of a day, and became official lovers at the end of that day.

General Perception
Painkiller is perceived by the public, what little even knows of her existence, as a tough vigilante. She is known to wade into gunfire without any fear, unbothered even when she is knocked back by bullet impacts, and unbothered even when her armor is pierced. She is also known to kill when her enemies use lethal force. This is, however, well within her rights, especially considering she is a registered vigilante, and afforded similar rights to those of a police officer.
