Biography

Robot (ID No: DN) was created as an alternative to battle armor in order to save human lives in the battle field. Unfortunately for the military but fortunately for Robot DN there was an aberration in his programming that caused him to go off mission on his first trial and escape from the test range.

Finding himself near to the rundown city of Detroit, Robot at first observed the locals. Mostly these consisted of street gang, however there were some of what he learned were italian mobsters.

Breaking into a local library, Robot found information on the gang and gangster culture and was particularly fascinated by film portrayals. The work of Robert De Niro caught his eye and in deference he began designating himself as Robot De Niro.

Enough of Robot's original programming remained that he could not bring himself to emulate his hero's modus operandus, and instead turned his attention to cleaning up the local neighbourhood.
