ORIGINS
Kay Venelli was born in 1985 to a retired test pilot father and a space navigator mother, she had some tomboyish traits like reading comic books, playing sports and playing in the arcade with her friends, she also had a dream of one day becoming a test pilot like her father, Kay had a okay-ish school life, she had some terrible grades but she made friends aside from this.
Kay's life come tumbling down when one day her father had a stroke because of the exposure of the heat, Kay's father died weeks after that but not before he had a long talk to her about her future, responsibilities and life. A funeral was held in his honor, Zech's wife and Kay had said their respects along with the few other friends from the old team in NASA, he was then buried soon after that.
COLLEGE DAYS
Kay was soon at college with her friends, she gotten good grades in technology and reading and she also had excellent grades in physical ed and health, Kay was then instructed by her teacher to get some books for the class, she then went to the local library and when she was looking for some books, she met a young man in his late teens when the books fell down on her and with his lightning speed he rushed to save Kay from the falling books, she was then smitten by the appearance of this mysterious man and fell in love with him.
Kay and the mysterious man went out on a date, they went out on the arcades, movies and gift shops, when they finally went to a resteraunt, Kay asked him who he is, the mysterious man revealed that he was a alien that is called a Ibrial, the Ibrialian further reveals the reason behind his visit, he was one of the Ibrialian rebels that fought against the tyrant and his soldiers, the resistance were on a losing end until the orb was forged by the Ibrialian craftsman of the resistance and imbued it with the energy of the Ibrialian core.
The Ibrialian orb was carried to one of the resistance's leaders, he challenged the tyrant to a one on one battle and he almost won but the tyrant used the dirty tricks to beat the resistance leader, after the tyrant won, he almost gotten his prize as a reward for his victory but the reinforcements have arrived to seized the orb from the tyrant, once they had the orb, they entrusted the orb to the Ibrialian that Kay met and was sent to earth.
THE IMBUING PROCESS
The Ibrialian has shown the orb to Kay who doesn't understand what it means, she was reluctant at first but she accept this as the means to be a superhero like she read in the comics that she collected, the imbuing of the Ibrialian energy of the orb started, during the imbuing process, Kay was starting to feel energy flowing through her, her eyes starting to glow until they were pure energy themselves, her body is starting to glow with Ibrialian energy and her strength was increased 10 fold from the previous human limitations.
After the imbuing process was complete, the Ibrialian collapsed from exhaustion and Kay then check to see if he was OK, but he isn't as the imbuing caused him his life force, when the Ibrialian died from severe exhaustion, Kay asked the grave digger to give him a proper burial, when he buried him, Kay then went to a abandoned garage to test her new powers, she blasted pure energy at the rusted car, she then burned a pile of tires with her beams of energy that came out of her eyes, when she finished testing herself, she saw a mugging with a couple of thugs threatening an old lady, she melted a gun from one of the thugs with her eyes and they ran off, the old lady thanks her for taking care of the thugs and suggested that she become a hero aside from a better self.
MILLENNIUM CITY MOVE
Kay asked her mother if she wants to move to Millennium City, Helga then said that she's on her own but she can contact her if she needed, Kay then thinks of a new superhero identity, she looked on the computer and then looked on the Dwarf Stars from a certain site, Kay then joined the heroes as Dwarf Star.
