The following is a document confiscated from Psi files. The subject of these files is to be placed under close surveillance in hopes that Psi's attempts to turn him into an asset for the organization are preventable.

REASON FOR REPORT: Subject shows immense psychic potential, despite being unaware of the extent of his abilities. Reportedly, the subject is only able to comprehend and utilize his abilities in a more understandable format as opposed to an abstract one, such as "Will."

Namely, the subject perceives his abilities as him physically entering "landscapes" or "maps" based on the mind or object that he wishes to enter or control. Obviously, such a rudimentary understanding carries with it the many limits of such a view, rendering him unable to understand and utilize higher-level psychic abilities within such context. Additionally, his "mind-scape" abilities have reportedly only been used on relatively normal mental and digital constructs. Trials on chaos entities, demons, ect, have not taken place.

Additionally, and perhaps most surprising, navigation through such environments by the subject is physically taxing, as opposed to mentally taxing. As a result, the subject's mental capabilities remain untested. It is highly advised that the subject is captured and submitted for testing, as the subject could become a worthy asset to various projects.

EXPLOITABLE INFORMATION: The subject is currently unaffiliated with any groups or organizations, and operates alone, save for a recent incident in California. However, it is predicted that the other individuals related to the incident do not have any reason to come to his aid. As a result, expect the target to be without backup, and calculate acquisition tactics accordingly.

Additionally, the subject's powers, although unknowingly expansive, have not been properly honed. He requires a physical way into a mind or a device, and if no exit is present, he can be easily trapped. The subject possesses the average physical strength for his age, and is entirely capable of sustaining physical harm. Although subduing him physically should be easy, apprehension through mental harm shall be deemed absolutely unacceptable.
