Jessica Tyler is a peppy, excitable teenage genius from the future of a paralell dimension called "Neo Terra". She has traveled from her homeworld to study first-hand what the people of her dimension call the "Golden Age of Metahumanity", a time when superpowers were not under the extremely strict regulation of the one-world government that rules over her dimension's version of Earth. Thanks to the strange nature of dimensional and temporal travel, alternate 'instances' of her have traveled on similar missions to similar paralell worlds, of particular note is the version of her that has been to a dimension called "Primal Earth" (or "Paragon Earth" depending on who is referring to it).

About Neo Terra
Neo Terra is a paralell dimension that is home to a very small number of heroes currently in Millenium City (OOC, Most of the characters belonging to @Sparx-1) and features an abnormal temporal quality in the trans-dimensional space surrounding it, causing any travelers from Neo Terra to any other dimension to be transported several thousand years into the past of their destination, and any travelers to Neo Terra to be transported the same amount of time into the future of Neo Terra. Due to the fact that the world's calendar was restarted after a war that brought about the end of the old world, no one can be certain exactly how far in the future Neo Terra's main timeline actually is. Not only that, but the time between the traveler's starting point and the end of the war is mysteriously sealed off to nearly all forms of temporal and dimensional travel, leaving many to wonder just what happened during the apocalypse that turned Neo Terra into what it is known as to most people.
Ironically, while most would assume that Neo Terra is some sort of dystopian wasteland based on this information, in truth it is much closer to a utopia in the era that followed the war. There are many large, futuristic cities powered by environmentally-friendly technology all over the world, which has been kept socially equal by the one-world government that presides over it known as the Global Council. The council gives its subjects freedoms based on their human rights, however, one area that they strictly regulate is the use of superhuman powers. Because of the disaster that they could potentially cause, any superhumans are required by law to either have their powers removed by the Council's super-advanced Metahuman Reversal System, or become members of GALE, the global force of Council-sponsored heroes who defend the world. Anyone caught using their powers to do evil is to be captured and forcably de-powered, and if such a thing is not possible, they are to be either "abyssed" or executed, the former referring to being sent to a prison in an endless void of nothingness.
Early Life
Jessica is the youngest of three siblings born to Nathaniel Tyler, an engineer and corporate CEO, and Nicole Tyler, a Dimensional Physics professor. Like most Arcellian parents, the Tylers had big dreams for their children, and did what they could to instill the value of becoming an important part of society in them. As a result, the oldest, Tiffany, became a lawyer, and the second-oldest, Tanya, became a special agent of GALE, Neo Terra's Global Alliance of Law Enforcement and the only organization in Neo Terra whose members are legally allowed to use any superhuman powers that could be considered dangerous. Jessica, however, took a particular interest in her mother's field of study, and at the young age of 4 she was reading, and understanding, the complicated subjects contained in the large textbooks on Dimensional Physics in the family library, and if she ever came across something she didn't quite understand, she'd simply look it up and find out. It was evident early on that Jessica was an extremely determined and stubborn little girl, but her parents were, to an extent the same. Rather than punish her iron-like will out of her, they would often try to figure out ways to slowly heat up said 'iron', and, like a skilled blacksmith, mold one of her greatest strengths into a tool that could secure her an illustrious future.
So, they encouraged her to treat her studies as a challenge. As a result, she began pursuing education with the fervor of a wild animal after delicious prey, barely letting "I wonder..." pass through her mind without eventually going to a book somewhere and studing whatever it was that she 'wondered' about. By age 8, she had become so advanced academically that she had skipped the the entire remainder of elementary school, and was told that she was more than prepared for high school. Jessica herself, however, was concerned that she wouldn't fit in as an eight-year-old in high school, and decided to wait until she was of the usual age to start freshman year. During the time between those years, however, she was free to study on her own even more of the college-level reading material that her mother brought home from work, and even having intellectual scientific discussions with her parents about highly complex matters. By the time she reached freshman year, she had become an educational juggernaut, impressing both her teachers and classmates alike. She chooses and excells in the most advanced classes that the world-renowned accelerated program of Valor Academy has to offer.

Personality, Strengths and Weaknesses
Jessica, as previously mentioned, is extremely tenacious. If she feels that something is challenging her or otherwise keeping her from getting what she wants, she'll do whatever she possibly can to overcome it. Fortunately, she knows better than to break the law to achieve her goals, and prefers to do what she can within the boundaries of the rules both because she knows full well that a reasonable measure of administration keeps society from descending into chaos, and to escape blame. She does, however, have a tendency to slither through loopholes and inconsistencies of rules to achieve a particular goal, and then alerts whoever is responsible for enforcing the body of rules that such loopholes need to be 'sealed up'.
Jessica can come off as a bit of a know-it-all, but she never blatantly tries to belittle others by lording her genius intellect over others unless they directly challenge her intelligence. She is often full of energy and quite opinionated. Some would say that her greatest strength is her strong will and her hunger for knowledge. However, these can also be her greatest weakness, as some have been able to predict her pattern of agressively focusing on overcoming a challenge, and by that they could lead her into a trap. She also has a tendency to meddle in matters she would probably do well to leave alone.
She is very knowledgeable, but due to her youth, she is somewhat inexperienced in the scientific field and because of this her experiements have a tendency to go wrong, with varying results.
Relationships

Jessica and her sisters Tiffany and Tanya have a close relationship, despite the fact that they are all often very busy with their own dealings elsewhere to spend a lot of time together. She currently is the head of a club of super-geniuses from her school known as the Proton League. She has something of an assistant/test subject in Amber Caldwell, a naiive botanist-in-training who admires Jessica's drive and idolizes her to an extent. Unfortunately for Amber, Jessica's concern for her well-being is second to her appreciation for her willingness to do whatever she says, though Jessica would never admit such a thing, and usually claims Amber to be her friend. Jessica also has an unusual interest in a classmate of hers named Lauren Catherine, a quiet bookworm who is known for her exceptional skills in math and computer coding. She insists that there is some secret that Lauren is keeping, and hopes to 'solve' the mystery that she suspects lies in Lauren's past. Lauren herself, however, claims that Jessica is obsessing over something she's merely imagining, and needs to "Stop watching so much Japanese Anime".
Jessica also has a serious crush on Zach Rowen, a schoolmate of hers who is considered to be the local "heartthrob" of Valor Academy, but is ironically rather reclusive. Unlike most of the other girls who seek out his attention, Jessica often goes to rather extreme measures for it, and has a tendency to involve Zach in her wild adventures. Even though Zach hasn't shown any signs of being a genius, Jessica has made him an honorary member of the Proton League. Zach, however, considers Jessica more of a stalker than a girlfriend, and even admits to being affraid of her sometimes. However, Zach seems to be warming up to her a bit, as he has saved her life a few times, mostly from situations that she has gotten herself into. It is rumored that Zach himself may in fact be somewhat insane, however, and is simply hiding it very well. He appears to be a normal, mild-mannered teenager at first, but there have been reports that once he's been angered to a certain point, his personality switches to a very overdramatic and agressive one. When in this state, Zach has shows a level of determination far beyond that of even Jessica's, as well as the ability to fight even extremely powerful monsters with his bare fists and win. It is because of this that Jessica believes that Zach actually has some sort of mutant powers that he has yet to tap into.
