note 1: some of the attributes are reldinboxscale. the ones that are are: stamina, durability, agility and reflexes(those two are the same, both on the agility reldinboxscale), speed, and resistance.
note 2:sorry for putting three nationality categories, it fits the story, and there seems to be no category that fits Ninjaska's story (which pretty much requires those three categories), without using all three of them.

civilian costume
in her civilian outfit, Ninjaska is known as Rina Hamasaki. in this outfit, Rina's hair is hanging loosely around her shoulders. Her civilian outfit includes a black t-shirt with the kanji for justice on the chest, and a symbol representing shinobi on the back. around her neck, she wears a black choker with a white disc over the center of the front of her throat. on the lower part of her body, Rina wears a set of blue jeans and a pair of black and white sneakers. in this outfit, her hair is temporarily dyed natural looking strands of brown hair mixed with strands of matte white hair, and her eyes are made to look natural and brown with special contact lenses.
superheroine costume
Ninjaska's superheroine costume includes her red and blue ninja shirt and skirt with a blue dragon design outlined in white on the left side of her shirt (with another one on the back) and on both sides of her skirt. she also wears fishnet leggings, to match the fishnet top under her ninja shirt. around her neck, she wears a blue ninja scarf. on her hands are a pair of fingerless gloves with orientally decorated bracers around her wrists, and a side view picture of a dragon on the back of the palms. in this outfit, her hair and eyes are their natural colors, her hair being a mix of matte blue and red strands, and her eyes being blue rings around red pupils. she also wears blue lipstick to match the rest of the outfit. also, in this outfit, Ninjaska's hair is held in a tight bun directly behind and diagonally above her head by two bladed chopsticks.

Ninjaska has no religion(meaning she's not an atheist, she just has no opinion whatsoever on religion), and doesn't really have any opinions on anything else, not including her opinion on crime and evil, which she has a very strong negative opinion on, though she knows that sometimes, something resembling crime is absolutely necessary, and is very much willing to do what needs to be done in those times.

Weaknesses
if Ninjaska isn't touching her mace in either of it's forms with any part of her body, she is as weak as a normal human, albeit one with all the skills and abilities of a master of ninjutsu. when touching the mace, Ninjaska's physical limits are: she can lift up to exactly 5000lbs. , she can withstand up to 6500lbs. of force, and she can keep going without weight for up to 24 hours. with a full weight, she can keep going for about half that time, so, roughly twelve hours.
History
Abandoned at birth by her parents in japan at an ancient, recently reopened ninjutsu temple on the slopes of Mt.Fujiyama, Ninjaska had no name, and was given the name Rina Hamasaki by the sensei of the temple. she was raised by that same sensei, and trained in ninjutsu as the sensei's daughter. at age 16, she was given a choice from a group of supernatural weapons after completing her ninjutsu training. always looking for a challenge, she chose a gigantic, magical mace, thinking of how cool it would be to use the least stealthy weapon possible in the profession designed for sneaking.
upon grabbing the handle of the mace, her mind was filled with the past experience of all the weapon's past users. the mace also gave her the powers of superhuman strength, endurance, and durability. after receiving the mace, she was told to choose a new name to go with her ninja mastery and weapon. immediately, she thought of a video game creature famous for being ninja-like in japan, and changed the name a bit by adding an a to the end, making it more feminine. from that moment on, she became: Ninjaska of the mace!
a day later, she woke up to learn of a side-effect of using the mace: her hair and eye colors had been changed after training with her mace. her hair was now a mix of red and blue strands, and her irises had been turned blue, while her pupils had been turned bright red. she kept training with the mace after that, trying to get used to her new powers, and the new info from about five hundred years of different users.
she kept training like that till her twenty-third birthday, when she learned yakuza had been blackmailing her sensei since a year before she finished her training. when she questioned him about it,he told her that he had been trying to protect the school on his own. she immediately went after the yakuza, but didn't think it through, as she was still a bit naive, her whole life having been mostly training only.
in the end, her naivete caused the death of her sensei and the complete destruction of her home. after settling the consequences of that destruction(although she didn't go after the yakuza, knowing she didn't have the world experience to take them down, despite what they did(she had grown up a very large amount when she lost her sensei and her home))
she took the money left to her from her sensei (who had been the last in a very rich family line) and immediately moved to America, vowing to come back when she had gotten the experience and resources needed to get revenge. she happened to arrive in Millennium City, in the United States of America, during the start of Qularr invasion. after helping fight off the Qularr, Ninjaska bought a loft apartment owned by a previous superheroine, and decided to start helping the city with cleanup, as well as it's crime problems.
