One of few survivors from a war between primitive clans that were seeking to claim more food and territory.-- Relocated to Millennium City after a run-in with a lone VIPER commander whom allegedly took subject in for recuperation and testing before releasing. His identity is currently unknown.
- VIPER; approach with caution as subject is considered hostile. Capture orders have been given out to specific troops. If a member of VIPER happens to subdue target, notify command immediately and hold subject in custody until given further orders.

Scientific VIPER experimentation with mutated strands of DNA from different life forms, both alien and earth born.

Personality
Typically Caimile is a bit of a gullible creature; she knows little of city-life and technology and holds high regards for the practiced traditions of her once proud tribe. She is friendly to strangers, sometimes a little too trusting for her own good. She loves people and enjoys the company of others- trying to understand them as she interacts. Cammy attempts to be in the modern world, "elegant", but may stumble on her words and misuse them. She wants to be accepted as much as possible due to just how strange and unfamiliar everything else is in the technological world. Many people may conclude her to be 'stupid' or simple-minded, and this of course, serves to fluster and embarrass the hybrid. Her hesitance in learning to read and write also plays a large factor, as she has not been formally schooled.
- Cammy loves to cook, even though most of her meals are considered exotic or strange. Home-made is the best made.
- She has some territorial issues with other females of the scaly kind if she deems them a threat.
- Minor knowledge of healing balms along with the use of primitive tools.
- Advanced sense of smell, Cammy is like a blood hound- maybe even better. This ability is ten-fold under water.
- Ability to hold her breath for more or less an hour time period if needed while swimming.
- Despite her reptilian look, Caimile is actually warm-blooded.
