Appearance
The subject has somewhat lengthy, slightly unkempt fur - though it is otherwise clean, suggesting that he does observe personal hygiene, just not personal grooming. He also possesses a set of scars around his wrists as well as several scars appearing to be whip marks across his back - when asked how he acquired these, the subject responded with a short "I got them from being a captive in a circus freakshow for several years - the wrist scars from being chained up when I wasn't performing and the whip marks from when I refused to perform - or performed too well." - when asked, the subject declined to elaborate further on what 'performed too well' meant.
Background
Very little is known of the subject's past beyond knowing he was an unwilling participant of a circus 'freakshow', as they were colloquially known, from 1861-1870 until being bought from the circus' ringmaster by an unknown savior - when asked for details, he declined to provide any, even a name - and given his freedom and a place to stay to keep him safe from hunters and vigilante townsfolk who might have taken issues with a lycanthrope among them.
Abilities
As a lycan, the subject enjoys all the benefits of lycanthropy, including enhanced senses, speed, durability, reflexes, strength and healing - able to heal even the most severe wounds in a little over a week to two weeks.
The subject also shows impressive skill with the chains he carries on his person, both for use as weapons and also for movement - when questioned on the latter, he simply responded "I appreciated the irony...the very things that once kept me chained up like an animal now gives me freedom of movement even my own natural speed can't match.".
Weaknesses
The subject is extremely hard to kill thanks to his powerful regenerative abilities and lycan durability; the only guaranteed methods of killing him are decapitation or total destruction of his head, asphyxiation, drowning, wounding him faster than his regeneration can heal - especially with weapons made of silver - or separating his soul from his body. Notably, this information was obtained from general information PRIMUS has on file about lycanthropes as the subject himself understandably refused to comment on any weakness he might possess.
Equipment
The only equipment the subject seems to possess aside from the pair of tartan pants that makes up his sole bit of clothing are a long chain wrapped around his body like a bandoleer and several smaller chains wrapped around his arms and legs.
