Background and Origin
Genevieve 'Genny' Allison Jones is a highly intelligent ten year old girl with a passion for engineering. After being bullied because of her short stature, she used her already considerable talents for building new and interesting devices to create her masterpiece: The Anti-Bullying Gloves.
Made from questionite alloys and titanium steel, and containing highly questionable technology that creates a localized gravity well around the fists that allow her to perform vast feats of strength, the gloves allow her to dish out some long-repressed punishment, although she quickly found out that her gloves are perhaps far too powerful for merely bashing bullies. Instead, she sneaks out after her homework assignments are finished and roams the neighborhood, beating the snot out of criminals, gang members and super-villains alike.
The world doesn't have a clue what it's in for....
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Powers
Punching/Breaking Things - The core power that GIGA-FIST has is the ability to punch her way out (or perhaps into) trouble with her Anti-Bullying Gloves.
Running/Jumping/Flying - Originally just hydraulics-assisted boots, GIGA-FIST has enhanced these to become her Hyper-Awesome Jet-Boots.
Regeneration - An interesting side-effect of all the power that is being poured into the gloves and boots is that the energy causes her body to regenerate injuries at a frighteningly quick rate.
Attributes
Super Strength - Her Anti-Bullying Gloves generate a field-effect around objects, enabling her to pick them up despite being a preteen girl without any natural super strength. Consider it a form of artificial, tactile-telekinesis.

Anti-Bullying Gloves - A curious and quite unique combination of questionite, brass, steel, hydraulics, cybernetics and quasi-science that only a ten-year old girl could come up with, the Anti-Bullying Gloves are a masterpiece of ridiculous child-science that are quite impossible for an adult to reproduce, as they run as much on faith as they do on technology. What will happen whan (or perhaps if) GIGA-FIST grows up remains to be seen.
Hyper-Awesome Jet-Boots - Originally designed to simply give GIGA-FIST the ability to out-maneuver the typical thugs and bullies around town, she has since improved these masterpieces of crazy-tech and has given herself the ability to fly, precariously, at considerable speed.
