Origin
After being kidnapped from the streets, while walking home one day, he was taken to an unknown lab where they did experiments on humans. He was injected with a formula that was supposed to bring out the 'metahuman' powers inside him.
Shortly after, there was no change in the child but the police found the lab and began to take down the scientists. The child was tazered by accident and fell into a coma for four months. Upon waking up, he found out that he had gained superspeed abilities and vowed to become a hero. That was the origin of the hero we know today as....Speedbolt!

Cell Regeneration: Healing from the inside of the body.
Kinetic Maniulation: Phasing through walls and stuff, control over lightning around him.
Superspeed: Running fast as a lightning bolt.
