Background
Nightfox is the super-hero protector of Millennium City, a man dons a fox-themed costume who fights against evil and strikes terror into the hearts of criminals everywhere. In his secret identity, he assumes the alias of Edward Justice, billionaire industrialist and notorious playboy; though "Edward Justice" is technically his real name, this Edward Justice is a disguise--that of the man he would have been had his parents not been murdered before his eyes when he was no more than a mere boy.Having witnessed the murder of his parents [Eric Justice (father) Nora Justice (mother)] as a child, he swore revenge on criminals, an oath tempered with a sense of justice. Edward Justice trains himself both physically and intellectually and dons a fox-themed costume to fight crime.Nightfox operates in Millenieum City, assisted by his butler, Eggy Wayne . When the Black Aces too took away the live of his fiance, he become more revengeful. He swore to eliminate all crime as long as he lived.
Although Nightfox possesses no super-human powers, he is one of the world's smartest men and greatest fighters. His physical prowess and technical ingenuity make him an incredibly dangerous opponent.
Appearance and Personality
Nightfox
Nightfox is a tragic figure. Since his parent's death he kind of lost apart of himself in that alley too. His whole life since that night in that alley has been spent learning and teaching himself how to become a hero to save Millennium City from himself. Due to not having powers, he has to be vigilant meaning he needs to work extra hard at the hero thing. He's the typical brooding loner type. Also because of his parents death he can appear cold and aloof towards others who wish to get closer. To him he'd rather play it alone because if he cares for someone, puts his heart out on the line, he'll eventually get hurt when he loses them. Still that cold and sometimes arrogant/prideful side is what most people(who don't know him well) see instead of the kind and compassionate person he truly is underneath it all. Though he is very compassionate to others he has trouble with sometimes letting the darkness get too far. Crossing the line and whether to take a life is his main moral code along with many superheroes but it takes a personal twist because of his parents. With that personal code is the rule to not use a gun because his parents were murdered with one. One random thing about him is he hates magic. Maybe because it's quite nonsensical and a mystery to mankind. And as said before he is the loner type. He likes to guard Millennium City on his own agenda and doesn't appreciate metahumans trying to help in his city. Regardless of his loner style he has many allies and his secret identity has also been revealed to a select few. Fennex is his greatest partner making the dynamic duo along with others like Prime and Aqua. Their presence is there for one reason: they're light to his darkness. They may be the only thing keeping him from over the edge. Lastly in his personality, practically his greatest two qualities, is he is very intelligent-cunning- and he never gives up. The guy follows through with his plans and he'll almost always win.
Edward Justice
Nightfox is, in his everyday identity, Edward Justice, a wealthy businessman living in Millennium City. Justice averts suspicion by acting the part of a superficial, dim-witted playboy idly living off his family's fortune and the profits of Justice Enterprises, his inherited conglomerate.He supports philanthropic causes through his nonprofit Justice Foundation, but is more widely known as a celebrity socialite.In public, he pretends to be a heavy drinker, using ginger ale to suggest champagne and liberally serving alcohol to guests that he never actually consumes himself. In reality, he is a strict teetotaler concerned to maintain top physical fitness and mental acuity. In public, he appears frequently in the company of fashionable women to encourage tabloid gossip. In reality, there is less than meets the eye: though he leads an active romantic life, crime-fighting accounts for most of his night hours.

Abilities
Nightfox has no inherent superhuman powers; he relies on "his own scientific knowledge, detective skills, and athletic prowess.In the stories, Nightfox is regarded as one of the world's greatest detectives, if not the world's greatest crime solver.Nightfox has been repeatedly described as having a genius-level intellect, one of the greatest martial artists in the Infinity Universe, and having peak human physical conditioning.He has traveled the world acquiring the skills needed to aid in his crusade against crime. As a polymath, his knowledge and expertise in almost every discipline known to man is nearly unparalleled by any other character in the Infinity Universe.Nightfox's inexhaustible wealth allows him access to advanced technology, and as a proficient scientist, he is able to use and modify these technologies to his advantage.
- Master martial artist: Nightfox has trained extensively in various martial arts, including judo, jujutsu, karate, kickboxing, and ninjutsu, among others. This training has made him one of the best hand-to-hand fighters in the Infinity Universe.
- Peak physical and mental conditioning: Nightfox has the ability to function under great physical pain and to withstand telepathy and mind control.
- Master of disguise: He is a master of disguise, multilingual, and an expert in espionage, often gathering information under the identity of Pietro Collin, a notorious gangster.
- Master Detective:Nightfox is an expert in interrogation techniques and often uses extreme methods to extract information from suspects, such as hanging a person over the edge of a building.His intimidating and frightening appearance alone is often all that is needed in getting information from suspects.
- Master of stealth and escapology: Nightfox is a master of stealth and escapology which allows him to appear and disappear at will and to break free of nearly inescapable deathtraps with little to no harm.
- Photographic memory: ability to recall images, sounds, or objects in memory after only a few instants of exposure, with high precision for some time after exposure,without using mnemonics.

Equipment
Nightfox uses a large arsenal of specialized, high-tech vehicles and gadgets in his war against crime, the designs of which usually share a fox motif.
- Nightfox Suit: Nightfox's main defense is his armor. Equipped with a bulletproof and fireproof chest layer, Stunt gauntlet/glove, jet boots and utility belt. Some suits are made for special occasion or enemy, Like Hellfox suit, it is use to fight against sorcery enemies because the suit is immune to magic (spelled by Witchcraft). So far there are only two suit already shown in the comic.

- Fox-Beacon: When Nightfox is needed, the Millennium City police activate a searchlight with a Nighfox's insignia over the lens called the Fox-beacon, which shines into the night sky, creating a Nightfox-symbol on a passing cloud which can be seen from any point in Millennium City
- Fox-Line: Chief Surhoff also has a dedicated phone line, dubbed the Fox-Line,The line connects directly to Nightfox's residence, Justice Manor, specifically both to a similar phone sitting on the desk in Edward Justice's study and the extension phone in the Foxcave.
Foxjet: Nightfox's primary vehicle. Also known as Foxwing.
Nightvision mask: Nightfox's masks were installed with night vision to help him seeing in the dark.
Weaknesses
- Mortality:Even thou with the incredible abilities, Nightfox is just a human. He is a mortal, he can bleed, and he can be hurt. He can die of sickness or old age or killed by his enemies.
Friends and Allies
Fennex: Fennex has long been a fixture in the Nightfox comic books as Nightfox's partner.
Fennex (Daniel Chance) is an 8-year-old kid, the youngest of his family.His father, Johnathan Chance was a successful detective who investigate gangsters crime plot and always succeed. A gangster boss named Zanie who had been many time went to jail because of Johnathan, killed the whole Chance family (except for Daniel because he was in school during the murder) as a warning against whoever comes in his way. Nightfox investigated the crime and, as his alter ego billionaire Edward Justice, had Daniel put under his custody as a legal ward. Together they investigated Zanie and collected the evidence needed to bring him to justice.
Bobcat: A retired wrestler Nightfox met during his patrol in Westside. Bobcat used to be a famous luchador in Millennium City. But then he is betrayed by his manager and clique. To get his honor back he work himself out as a vigilante, stopping the crime and corruption and avenge himself. Sometimes he help Nightfox with the crimes in Westside.
The Prime: Prime from Young Saviors is one of the first few allies Nightfox met. Prime is a born leader but also a great follower. He lead the Young Saviors but whenever he is working together with a hero older/wiser than him, he can take order really well.
