Country of location: United States Affiliated with: United Liberators Coalition Notable inhabitants: Tony Griffins and family, Charlie Lang, TALAN, numerous others. Notable visitors: Status: Active. Gull Island was purchased by Vlocke Aerospace Industries in early 2016, allowing construction on the island to begin. The new facility was created with the joint efforts of VAI, the Serpent Institute, Frost Futuretech, and others.
