Background and Origin
Dyonis or Kevin Simpson's childhood was fairly normal. He was an outspoken child who wasn't afraid to say what was on his mind. He had a weird personality too most people, that continued throughout his whole childhood. Because of that however it was always somewhat difficult for him to relate to people. He could make some friends sometimes, but none were ever close. Not only that, but his weird personality, and appearance made him a subject of ridicule for most people. Basically his school life was not a happy one. Especially since this trend of weirdness/rejection continued throughout his whole school life, and he changed schools often thanks to his dysfunctional family life. All in all he was not a happy camper, and basically hated his life. The only time in his opinion things got better for him was when he met a "older" gentleman who happened to actually care about Kevin more so than Kevin's family did. After graduating high school and not being able to handle his home life anymore; he moved in with him and hoped that things would change for the better. Unfortunately Kevin eventually realized his weird personality or just everything about him just wasn't suited for life. He knew he had to do something soon or he would just end up on the streets or dead. He was always into the paranormal or superpowers to be specific. He's always wanted powers more than anything in the whole world. However he never knew exactly how to get them. He always tried meditating, wishing, praying, anything but no such luck. He had psychic/magical talent, but was unfortunately too lazy to develop it. Until his early adult years when he finally decided he will get magical power no matter what. While going on with normal day to day life stuff, he first spent many months developing his natural magical psychic talents, and after getting a good grasp of them, after alot more practice, he learned to channel mystical/eldritch energy and effectively learned how to use magic. It was a very hard and long road of hard work since he had to also suppress bad habits,unnecessary socializing, and being exposed to too much media(he only allowed himself to watch a tv show that had a character that "inspired him" but he made sure not to let this show distract him.but eventually he became the sorcerer he always dreamed of being. He now spends his days practicing/increasing his powers, while using them to get whatever he wants/have fun.
Powers
Dyonis possess the power to use magic, which he had natural talent for it thanks to his eldritch energy enhanced soul or spiritual essence that is naturally in tune with the mystical forces. However it still took a long time of hard work to develop it (only because at first he didn't properly practice/gave up alot). At first his power was....weak,but after finally practicing everyday for a long while, his powers started growing from barely even noticeable, to noticeable, to now where it's not just noticeable its downright powerful. He can use his magic to achieve virtually anything he wants. He can cast spells,concoct potions,do magical rituals etc. He is also able to use his powers with will alone but sometimes gestures and or says incantations for show. Also although his magic often has a "demonic look" its just for show. However some immensely powerful spells that mess with the balance of the universe such as bringing someone who died back to life require objects of great power and elaborate rituals to achieve the desired effect, and usually come at a price. However his powers are growing stronger everyday so who is to say that limitation will be there forever.
Relationships
despite his family being dysfunctional they still loved him, and he has a few close friends that care for him very much.
Enemies
he has no enemies, but does not exactly have that many true friends either. He prefers to keep to himself most of the time, but if he feels like going out/having fun,he will.
