Bracers, Attributes, and Skills
Bracers
Blue Wizardess is in possession of a pair of 'energy' bracers, with an interactive interface much like a computer. While possibly not so uncommon these days on Earth, the difference is that her technology is entirely made of magical energies, and the glowing energy, arcane energies in and of itself, is the actual computer, not merely a simple interface. They are the equivalent of supercomputers made of, and for, magic. They are able to scan and analyze magical energies. They can identify spells, people with inherent magical talent, magical residue (leftover from spellcasting), and magical items. In some cases they can even identify the nature of these things.
Attributes
Magic Potential - Blue Wizardess has an extraordinarily high potential for magical talent and power. Enough that she is considered one of the potentially most powerful magic-users of her home dimension, where magic-use is common.
Magical Savant - In addition to her high potential, in her world she has been labeled as a 'magical savant', because not only does she have the raw potential, she also has what seems to be an innate, intricate understanding of magic. She masters new spells quickly, and can perform spells she knows perfectly. In addition, she is one of few who has the innate knowledge to control the magic bracers she wields.
Spells
At any given time, Jaidean's bracers can cast any spell it has 'recorded'. Jaidean is also able to write spells into it, but this is much, much harder to do. She also has a spellbook written in the bracer, which she can use to manually perform spells. Below is a list of spells she generally has available to her at a moment's notice.
Circle of Protection - The circle of protection provides a field of magical protection, which guards any within the circle from attacks a small amount, and provides decent protection from magical attacks as well. She can generally only maintain one circle-based spell at any given time.
Circle of Arcane Insight - This circle spell provides Jaidean, and possibly anyone else within the circle, a clarity of mind and focus on her spells and provides an arcane power boost, making her spells less draining to cast. She can generally only maintain one circle-based spell at any given time.
Shield - This spell places a magical force field around whoever it is cast upon. This force field provides very good protection from attacks, up to a certain amount of force, or til the spell's duration ends.
Magic Missile - Jaidean can repeatedly fire projectiles of magical energy. They strike a target with weak to moderate concussive force.
Arcane Strike - A much more powerful version of the magic missile, but only fires a single, powerful projectile.
Fireball - The obligatory spell of fiery destruction. It sends forth a ball of flame that explodes when it reaches its target, severely burning those in range of the explosion and possibly hitting them with an explosive concussion wave.
Lightning Bolt - This spell casts a large bolt of lightning from her hands, which strikes any targets in its general path.
Magical Energy Slide - Not so much a spell as an ability produced by her bracers, this conveys her at high speeds in a controlled manner, on a field of magical energy, providing quick transport.
Levitation - Jaidean has a spell of levitation that provides her a form of 'flight', though it is not very fast.
Pocket Dimensions - Jaidean has the ability to create portals to pocket dimensions. Creating portals to specific 'pockets' takes a bit of time, where as making random ones can be done nearly instantly with her bracers. She often uses the latter in order to counter powerful ranged attacks and projectiles. She also makes her home within a pocket dimension.
