The year is 2xxx. It has been several centuries since the Great Cataclysm brought chaos and destruction to the world. What actually happened had been lost to history.

Khana is the last of the Eagle Rider tribe, who took residence near the ruins of Millenium City. It was a happy life as far as wasteland existence went, but that came to a tragic end.

After hunting for food in the ruins of the city, Khana returned to her village to find that the mutant hordes of the warlord Estrabo had exterminated her people. Khana vowed revenge and went to the tribal temple and prayed to the eagle goddess for strength. She was granted access to the temple's hidden reliquary where she discovered and advanced bow and arrows and the Wild Eagle, in which the tribe derived their name.

With the power of the ancients at her control, Khana cut a bloody swathe through the mutant hordes before being sucked into a portal where she finds herself today. Still, for reasons unknown, Estrabo has sent his most trusted minions after her even here in the past.
