Saevia Von Eersteklas
Lady Saevia Von Eersteklas is one of the last living heirs - and currently the head - of the Eersteklas family, and all their collective wealth, possessions, and knowledge. She searches for an answer to the question of her past, and has been lead to Millennium City in the process.
She is a Homunculus, a magically created human. She possesses the Homunculous trait of "Wrath", one of seven traits that the strongest of Homunculi embody, each named for the 7 deadly sins. This is proved by the mark of the greater Homunculi upon the back of her right hand. Her heart is a Philosopher's Stone. So long as the Stone has power, she can withstand mortal injuries, and shrug off the less severe of wounds; this regenerative power, however, will drain the stone. Should the Stone run out of power, she will become inactive - a living doll, with no mind - and eventually fade if no power is restored.

A Compendium
(As the head of profiling for Section 10-and-then-some, it is my duty to gather information on people, and provide it to PRIMUS. The following is a record of the most-accepted rendition of Lady Saevia Von Eersteklas' history.)
Early Life
While her birth, and subsequent adoption into the Eersteklas family remains a subject of some speculation, as does the amulet she was found with, Saevia was more-or-less happily raised in a small valley in Sweden, up in the mountains. Her Mama and Papa weren't the heads of the family; rather, her Papa was important enough to know what the family was doing, but not enough to have a say.
Even if she wasn't their daughter, they loved her dearly. But both agreed to not broach the subject of her parentage. They reasoned it wouldn't help her in any way in life.
And so Saevia grew up in a decent manor, although she had no friends her own age, her friends consisting of an old teddy bear with a missing ear, and a maid who was paid to play with her. Upon reaching the age of seven, the maid was replaced part-time with a tutor, who taught her everything she'd ever need to know, from history, to diplomacy, to many languages. As she grew older, she also had the traditions of her family ingrained deep into her mind, including the tradition of her eventual arranged marriage. This one tradition would make her fear following her heart to love.
As a curious consequence of not knowing her actual birthday, the family would celebrate it on the day she was officially adopted.
A Fateful Night
On the night of her 17th birthday, someone tricked the already-on-edge working class of the local town into all-out rebellion against the estate, despite the family having very little contact with the town. A bloody raid ended with her parent's deaths.
Saevia, confused and scared, stumbled across her mother's dying body on the lawns. It was then she was told that she was not truly their daughter. Her mother died before divulging the truth, but one thing was made clear: she was not really Eersteklas.
Some days after her parent's funeral, Saevia scouted the wreckage of her home, finding the amulet she had owned all her life - the one thing that could only lead to her true family, and some other useful items. Once she was set, she left on a journey of Europe.
The Years Before Millennium
She briefly joined a group of travelers, who were also traversing Europe. During this time, she began to fall in love with a girl her own age, but hid her feelings, believing it wrong for two reasons: 1) She wasn't meant to be married without her family's blessing; and 2) She was also ashamed that she had fallen for someone of the same gender.
Eventually, this thinking caused her to part from the group.
Alone, she traversed the continent, learning much about these various nations. After two-and-a-bit years of this, she awoke in a hotel one morning, finding a note with two words sitting on the bed. "Millennium City", it read.
Millennium City
After considering the note, she gathered that someone must be helping her, so she flew out of the country she was in at the time that very same day, arriving in Millennium City with only the note to go on. She spent some time investigating, trying to search for clues. During this time, she found a sturdy ally in Alexis Blackstone, and shortly found more and more friends, which she greatly valued, never having true friends before.
Then, one night in Club Caprice, a note was slipped to her with an address located in Westside written upon it. She excused herself, and left to investigate alone. When she reached the address, she was confronted by a member of the Red Banner, however he claimed to have vital information about her past. Before he could divulge this information, however, members of DEMON - and several independently-acting flame demons - attacked the two, killing the strange informant. Saevia fled across the streets of Westside, eventually being overtaken and overwhelmed. The timely arrival of Alexis proved to be the turning point, and the two managed to force the attackers back. During this, Saevia found another amulet, exactly identical to her own.
In the privacy of her home, she tried to study the amulets, but found only that they would make her black-out for no reason. It seemed that the presence of a second amulet had awoken her own. On an impulse, Saevia locked the amulets into a magic box, hoping to keep people safe, after one shocked Alexis when she tried to touch it.
Fall of a Great House
Some time after putting the amulets into the box, a problem developed. The box seemed to come alive. It proved hostile to others, and purred at Saevia's touch. Concerned, she sought counsel from Witchcraft, however nothing could be concluded.
Defeated, Saevia left the bookstore in Millennium City's downtown, where she had met with Witchcraft, to be met by Alexis. Alexis decided to escort the defeat girl home, which proved to save Saevia's life. Minutes away from Saevia's apartment, the pair was attacked by magi. Leading them was Master Verdoben. Master Verdoben was part of an association devoted to controlling magic. The Eersteklas were also part of this group, their family helping to found it early in the family's history.
Verdoben sought power, and thus had declared war upon the Eersteklas family. Tricking part of the Association, Verdoben succeeded in overseeing the mass-slaughter of the Eersteklas family world-wide - man, woman, and child. However, before Verdoben could see Saevia dead, Alexis teleported them to safety. In the wake of this massive failure, and the Association realizing they had been tricked, Verdoben was exiled from the Association, and left stranded in America, with no way to escape.
Light in Dark Times
Saevia swore vengeance against Verdoben, and thus began training herself, so that when they met, they could fight, and she could win.
But, despite her wishes, Verdoben seemed to be the patient sort. He hid, biding his time. Though Saevia never lost sight of her desire for revenge, she happily settled into the rhythm of peace that fell. During this time, she was ambushed by a friend who lifted the veil over her eyes about love, and though she never developed a romantic attachment to this person, remains grateful for their gift.
This new insight saw her slowly develop feelings for Keirian, a Fae who she had meet through Alexis. In time, she knew she honestly felt love, and proposed to the Fae, despite going against her family traditions by choosing to marry a person of the same gender.
In mark of this, she placed the purple flower that once adorned her own head upon her beloved's, and in turn replaced it with a dark flower, given to her in turn. These flowers mark their engagement.
Homunculus
With a wedding to plan, Verdoben took a back-bench. Saevia also used the new-found calm to finally brush up on her family's magic. She also delved into her family's magical research, and came to a disturbing conclusion, but still ultimately a theory.
Putting this unsettling theory aside, she started to study magic at Millennium City's Enchanted Foundry. An act of pure accident saw Saevia and friend Alexis transported through time, into a time where the Vibora Crisis had started, and Therakiel was winning. This event also saw the awakening of her Philosophers Stone heart, and her Homunculus powers. At first, the Stone "sang" to her, telling her about the powers she now possessed.
To make matters even worse, Saevia encountered a past version of her beloved Keirian. Knowing she had to tread carefully, she took on the name "Wrath" to aid the heroes of Vibora, eventually succeding in helping to delay the apocalypse with her friends. Finally, Alexis and Saevia returned to their proper time.
After returning home, Saevia decided to use her new-found powers to help the people of her new home. Her new powers earned her the name amoung the Champions as "Wrath Feather-hand", thanks to her new ability to wield most anything as a weapon at incredible speeds, particularly with her right hand, which bares the Homunculus mark.
The Next Chapter
During this period of moonlighting as a heroine, Saevia agreed to the request of Doctor White to join UNITY's new "Diplomatic Relations Division". She was sent to Vibora Bay to head that city's Diplomatic Relations branch, despite being its sole member, as well as help the local heroes keep the Dogz and New Shadow's in check. Master Verdoben himself was captured after a failed attempt at making a Mana Bomb to destroy Westside, and is presently staying in the Westside prison, where he is described as being passive, asking only for books to read while waiting out his sentence in his cell.
