Bulkhead is no ordinary superhero, but rather an imaginary one summoned by Dr. White and Dr. Black from the planar city of Babylon.

He seems to be an embodiment of the superhero archetype itself, hence his cartoonishly large size and indomitably righteous personality.

Most notably however is the sheer limitless-ness of his strength, which he is thought to draw on from all the heroes of Earth.

If true, this mystical might would make him the strongest man alive, which is why he is classified as an Omega level threat.

Thankfully however, his moral code and control of his own strength means that he has yet to ever take a life.

Bulkhead works with UNITY against Earth's most dangerous threats, which often means fighting giant monsters or punching asteroids to smithereens.
