| Electricity Sorcery: Her ability to wield electricity is magical in nature. As such, although it appears to be normal electricity at first glance, it is a magical recreation, with many of the same expected behaviors of electricity, but not all. Like most spells, her electricity is generated via mana, allowing her to use it without any natural electricity. The key difference between natural and her magical electricity is she can do things with it that normal lightning would be restricted by or impossible to do, like wielding her magic electricity underwater without electrifying the entire body of water and hurting everyone else, including herself, nearby.
Electricity Absorb: Most sources of safely contained electricity, like batteries, she can absorb the electricity to restore mana.
Electricity Resistance: Although she can't absorb unsafe and directed electricity like attacks, she isn't harmed by them nearly as much as someone who has no such resistances.

Short Spark is a Ruthrek, a villainous race of warriors and conquerors. From an early age, she lived in outer space via a spaceship, being trained by her parents to capitalize on her intelligence and lightning magic. As is common for her species, she was taught how to fight and defend herself using her specialized abilities. They didn't stay in one spot for long in order to avoid easy detection by those who would stop them.
Once she was 20, Short Spark was sent to Earth alone to help set it up for conquest by her fellow Ruthrek. She was supposed to gather intelligence, learn about the threats to being able to take ove the planet, and report back so the invasion could happen. Keeping a low profile as not to draw unwanted attention to herself from anyone who may know who the Ruthrek are, she passed herself off as an enchanted human.
For years, she carried out her orders as expected, gathering information on the major law enforcement and superhero groups of Earth. However, she unexpectedly started to grow fond of humans and have second thoughts about wanting to destroy and conqueror them. Although she saw many flaws in humans, she saw within them passion, creativity, and a side to them beyond war and violence. The arts and crafts side of humanity is what interested her the most, something that her species, the Ruthrek, mostly lacks. This led to a turn around in her views, which would ultimately put her against her own species. She hasn't reported back to them about her changing views, but still acts to them as if conquering is still her main goal.
Along with discovering her attraction to women, Short Spark realized she was not like much of her species. She knows the day will come when she will have to confront other Ruthrek. In the mean time, she has taken a heavy interest in actively defending Earth and beyond from threats to what she has taken a liking too.
