Description
Also known as "The Dragon of Death," or "The Angel of Death," he is the bringer of death to all who break the moral code that God has given us. He believes
himself as a sin, and thinks he has to kill those who commit sins. Using the ancient shinobi weapon, the teko-kagi, he floods the world in the blood of those
who kill inocents. To everybody he used to be a hero when he worked with the police, but since he went rogue the police, heros, and citizens believe him a criminal. His identity is unknown to everybody, and he works in the dead of night.
