Despite his young age, Lightning has mastered several martial arts, although a very talented shooter as well. He is also a genius and might be called a mad scientist among his friends, due to his immaturity and the fact that he is just crazy. However, he wasn't always like that. He gained his supernatural abilities, which include teleportation, dead-eye aim, lightning reflexes, super-human strength and a regenerative factor when he was shot to near death in a robbery where he had time to search his soul and become a modern-day Soulweaver with an elemental wolf's soul threads bound to his soul as a Soul Ally, hence the blue eye colour. For a very brief period of time, he was the Star Guardian of the region Earth is in when Andre Almena was taken by Shadow Destroyer, but with the help of the Champions, he defeated the Destroyer and returned the Star Staff to its original holder.

Friends/Allies
Red Academy members, mainly. Foe (@hoticekid) and Flame Master (@thefirekillerx) are warriors who have fought alongside him repeatedly.
Enemies
Though Lightning Sabre, as a well-known superhero, has many enemies, two of them particularly hate him. His Nemeses are Ruby, a former friend and superheroine who has fallen under Therakiel's control, then lost her memory after Therakiel's defeat and Lightning Destroyer, his obsessive number-one fan who gained powers similar to Lightning's after invading his mind, as Lightning Sabre always brushed him off, because he wasn't cut out to be a hero, now turned into a werewolf after defeating Black Fang in a showdown.
