Terry Boom was just just trying to make his way in a duck eat duck world, making a living as an attorney for down on their luck anatidae. After his Security Guard father was murdered while trying to prevent the theft of a truck load of plum sauce, Terry could no longer reconcile the futility of his day job with the real issues and crime tormenting Mallard City.
Subjecting himself to a rigourous training regime, Terry fashioned himself into a duck avenger of the night - bringing terror to criminals and laying down his own bill of rights.
One night while tailing a suspect, Terry was enveloped by a strange energy field and found himself on a strange world surrounded by what looked like hairless monkeys in an oddly familiar city now named Millenium City. Unable to return to his own world Terry continued to fight crime in his new home and hoped that one day he would be able to see his beloved Mallard City again.
