Kon the Worldkiller, born Kon Larum, is a former Apex Primordial, residing in Earth Eta in the form of a mortal human, after giving up his powers to live a humbled life.

Kon was initially an Outer Shadow Subordinate Demon Lord to The Black Legion, serving and reporting under the Ultimate Primordial Loyce Hal. Unbeknownst to many in the organization, Kon held the rating of SS Rank; an extremely rare and powerful rating for an Outer Shadow indicating strength that contends with Inner Shadows. Due to being an SS Ranked Outer Shadow, Kon was one of the six Outer Shadows referred to as the Dark Hexagram: Outer Shadows who displayed tremendous power placing them in the upper echelon of Black Legion operatives. The only other known member currently in the Dark Hexagram is SS Rank Aaron Hope.

Living up to his title as Worldkiller, Kon initially worked as a World Slayer, a bounty hunter who's contracts involved eradicating planets and universes. As an Apex Primordial Demon, Kon exhibited near unparalleled power, which could only be eclipsed by Ultimate Primordial Demons such as Loyce Hal, or extreme tier Dogma Holders. Kon relied on his sheer strength and speed provided by his Apex Primordial physiology to overwhelm his enemies. Kon's power was to the point where his punches were enough to easily shatter entire planets, meaning his striking power far surpassed Shosuke Shiki, who for the longest time, was believed to possess the strongest striking power of all the Outer Shadows with his One Strike Kill technique. Like Loyce, Kon also possesses a special inherent power in addition to his physiology. While Loyce's power was Divine Comedy, the power to manipulate reality and narratives through thought, Kon's power was known as Absolute Dominion: the telekinetic ability to completely control the power of all factors in a battlefield. When using Absolute Dominion, Kon was capable of changing entire climates and orbit patterns of stars with a mere flick of his fingers.

As a Great Demon Lord, Kon gained a massive following as well as a military nation that swore allegiance to the Apex Primordial. However, Kon found no interest in ruling his nation, as he believed his existence was to destroy worlds, not to rule. As a result, Kon handed the responsibilities of a ruler to his right hand woman: Rya the Celestial, who served as the Great Demon Queen in his stead.
