Draca is the mutant hybrid son of a dragon father and mutant mother making him a half-dragon mutant.
Dragon Physiology: Draca is a mutant half-dragon, giving him the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, scales, prehensile tail etc. That also gives him a variety of superhuman and magical attributes.
Superhuman Strength: Draca possesses vast superhuman strength able to lift 100's of tons with the potential to lift thousands.
Superhuman Durability: Draca's body is considerably stronger and harder than a human and is impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent and able to survive in extreme temperatures and pressures.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.
Superhuman Agility: Draca's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: Draca's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Senses His natural senses are far superior then that of a human.
Immortality: His half-dragon physiology has made him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.
Regeneration: He possesses a natural healing factor that is further augmented by his mutant powers able to regenerate damaged and destroyed tissue, broken bones and brain cells at superhuman speed and efficiency. He can also regrow missing limps and organs. His healing factor also keeps him in optimum health and beyond peak physical condition giving him extremely defined muscles and body shape that will not change no matter his life style. He also has endless vitality, libido, and will to live. He is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc.
Fire Breathing: Is able to exhale fire either as fireballs or as a stream.
Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.
Magic: His dragon heritage gives him great magical abilities, including manipulating magical energies and elemental forces, transmute matter, telepathy and enhancing his physical abilities.
Shapeshifting: Draca is able to shapeshift though he typically uses it to take human, dragon or partial dragon forms.
Pocket Dimension: Draca can create a vault-like dimension for witch he stores various items and money.
Mutant Powers:
Superhuman Mental Processing: Draca's mutation has gifted him with superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, logical/philosophical structuring and learning capabilities. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.
Astral Dragons: Draca has various sentient semi-magical dragon shaped astral like creatures residing inside his astral being that can be summoned to the physical plane ever by his own will or theirs, that at can used to harm both physically and psionically. They are also telepathically linked and feel what he feels and vice versa and are able to communicate with draca at all time. As his dragons are apart of him shod they somehow be damaged or destroyed draca will automatically reabsorb their consciousness no matter the distances and start to reconstruct them.
Molecular Manipulation: Draca's primary mutant power is the powerful psionic ability to control, transform, and manipulate all matter and energy on a molecular level. Draca's mutant abilities are semi mystical in nature.
Biokinesis:Able to control the biological structure of his own and other people's bodies and any organic matter.
Genetic Manipulation His powers also allow him to manipulate the genetic code of himself and others, by enhancing and mutating the body to his desired effect including size, gender, pigmentation etc.
Healing: He is able to himself and others to an unknown degree.
Resurrection: Draca's powers allow him to self-resurrect when he dies usually after unspecific amount of time has past. He can also use it to bring others back to life.
Self Sustenance: Newgrave does not need to sleep, eat, drink or breath.

Power Absorption Immunity: Draca and his powers are uniquely linked in such a way that it is virtually impossible for them to truly be stolen, negated or removed for his powers will allways return to him.
