From this, her love of heroes came, she would love to read all about the battle between Dr. Destroyer and the now fallen heroes. Her father, on the other hand was a true hero. A well-known, and beloved police officer Charles Davison was a respected investigator with the M.C.P.D. Growing up Rachel always admired her father’s work, I mean he was basically a super-hero to her…in more ways than one. When Rachel was old enough her father started to teach her some basic close-quarter-combat in cause some guy just won’t take ‘no’ she would have the moves to dispatch him. At the age of ten years old Rachel got her first firearm. She fell in love with shooting. Her, and Charles would drive outside the city limits to a friend’s farm and waste entire boxes of ammunition filling hay, and other targets with holes. While other girls where playing with dolls, and dress-up. Rachel would be polishing her side-arms and rifles. This made her a bit more tomboy-ish than most gal, as she entered her teen years, Rachel would become a outcast and mocked for this love. | ||

Bluebird has no super-human powers of any kind. She is just a girl in a mask trying to make her city a better place.
Skills
Advanced Acrobatic - She has always been a bit "jumpy" when she was younger. All throughout high school Rachel was a cheerleader and on they gymnastics team, she now uses this flexibility to fight crime, and make some impressive trick-shots.
Sidearm Kata - Along with her skills with her sidearms, She has developed her own "style" of hand to hand combat. She mixed traditional hand-to-hand combat techniques with good old fashion "pistol-whipping" the result is a deadly C.Q.C.-style combat, all her own.
Stupid Smart -She is the daughter of a M.C.P.D. detective after all, what do you expect? Rachel is incredibly observant for her age, and uses this "smarts" in her role as Bluebird. She often has to think critically, and on her feet.
Stealth -During her many years of tracking the group responsible for take her Father, Rachel has developed the skill of "stealth" she does not have an actual stealth suit, but Bluebird can become quite, too quiet, and she is not afraid to use this to surprise her enemies.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Weapon - Her pair of twin Kimber Customs, there her babies. She rarly without them, don't assume if you don't see them there not there.
Armor - Recently Since becoming an Eternal, Bluebird has gained access to resources previously unavailable to her. She has used these to construct her "bird-suit." A combination of Kevlar, Bullet proof plates, and her chest piece that is carbon fiber, made to withstand high caliber rounds.
Gadgets - She's got a few little things at her disposal. She has a few bolas that she can use to apprehend large criminals.

Sun Spot- A supposed demi-god, Rachel has fallen a bit for the young hero. Perhaps it the charm, or the fact he is so hot.
